Cant get the air conditioner part to work :/ it just blows air like a fan 😐 we tried resetting, checking the hoses, and everything. It just wont work us. If anyone has any troubleshooting steps that we havent tried, please advise Update: Customer service assisted us in getting a new unit at no charge to us. The new unit works perfectly and we're incredibly satisfied with the customer service Feelfunn provides. Update: we reported this to the supplier and they advised the compressor was messed up. They might as well sold me a box fan. This AC unit might cool off your tiny bathroom, but as for a medium size bedroom, I'd get about the same effect putting Ice behind a regular fan. The window adapter keeps popping out so I had to plastic glue it together, so it would stay in the window. Until I glued it the hose would pop off and the hose that releases the hot air outside would be sitting inside and cancelling out any effect it had. The flaps are manually opened and the first time I opened the air flap to get air, the flaps popped out of their guide tracks. I recommend saving your money, or buying an AC unit that can do the job. One of my worst purchases ever. Hopefully this saves people a few hundred bucks. Sorry Feelfun, but your product leaves a lot to be desired. I left puctures of the tracks the flaps broke on, and a pic of the air tube I had to glue to the frame to stay put. ... show more

Doesn’t cool room. I have had a 10000 btu before. This barely works and is very loud I don’t understand why air only flows out half of the vent

Cools great. Good temp control but window slats are very thin and don't stand up to older windows. My wood framed windows bend the slats because too heavy for the thin plastic. Brand I had before had much more durable plastic at same price.

    • To much water , evaporator not working
This unit was supposed to not need a drain while in A.C mode. It started working good no water to be emptied. Now Month and 2 weeks later , it shuts off by itself and it drains more than two gallons of water over night.I woke up to water overflowing from the 1 gallon container that I attached and flooded my floor , causing damage. Its supposed to have an auto evaporation and it worked for first month only and now I'm 3 weeks over refund time. ... show more

I really regret purchasing this AC. We live on a third floor apartment and it was time to replace our window AC. But this one is honestly not doing it. It’s kind of like an overpriced box in our bedroom right now. We are just trying to cool one small bedroom and the ac just won’t get there.

A huge resounding NOOOO! Yhis worked ok wheb it wasnt very hot outside but now ITS So HOT IN MY 11 ft x 11 ft BEDROOM! When it's really hot outside the cooler has to work harder and the heat coming off the machine itself is insane, including underneath it! The hose is extremely hot and the metal part for the windows is also extremely hot which act as a HEATER! If you buy thIs air conditioner make sure you buy the insulation for the hose, which in my opinion it should come with an insulated hose in the first place and you're going to need something for the metal part that goes in the windows. I had this on 62 and my room temp is 85! Ridiculous! Oh and the de-humidifier is a fan only remember that, no cooling happens when you run the dehumidifier. Seriously disappointed ... show more
