The ankle weights are as advertised, they are comfortable and appear to be durable. My only issue is that I have very small ankles (I am 5'2, 125lbs. for reference) and I have to make the weights as tight as possible and sometimes the velcro touches the opposite leg so I have to make sure I turn the velcro towards the outside of ankle. Also, they are too big for me to use as hand weights so I gave it 4 stars. ... show more

I bought these pair of Ankle Weights Wrist Weights mostly to use with my HIIT workouts. Easy to use, simple to wrap around your wrists or ankles, and very comfortable. The material is quite sturdy. They also make my legs sweat,( which may be why they constantly loosen up) probably because of what they are filled with. I like that they’re easy to use and very reflective, but they are not comfortable on the back of your ankle So you have to and longer socks or yoga, pants in order for you to tolerate the scratchiness and strap.
