I purchased this in the Small size. I needed something that would allow me to type/move my mouse while wearing, and help to alleviate some of my carpal tunnel symptoms. I only have an issue with one hand, so am only using one of the braces. There are only two downsides for me...the strap that goes around the palm of my hand is a bit long, so I cannot tighten as much as I like. Due to the straps location and the rubber on the end of the strap, it also doesn't slide smoothly across my computer desk so makes moving a mouse a bit jerky. Other than that, I am pleased with the fit and think it will help quite a bit.

These work great. I've gotten braces before that were much longer, and not comfortable at all. These are very comfortable, a great size, and the velcro stays put. I would buy them again.
