I have bought 100s of items on Amazon from Vitamins to snap away shorts after a hip surgery. However, this is by far one of the top two items I have ever bought. First, I do not have regular issues with my hands/wrists; but when working more often with my hands or lifting heavy objects, they can really flare up at night. They can be painful enough where I can't sleep. However, while I had a different "ACE" version of these wrist braces for years (even refurbishing them once), I never thought I would find a product superior in every way. This is not to mention the incredible price for two braces. I also have large wrists and hands and these fit perfectly. They provide just enough support without being cumbersome like other wrist support braces. They have incredible high quality Velcro straps that should last for years! I would very highly recommend this product (especially if you need them every day). They aren't too restrictive and allow some freedom of movement while also providing the target support resulting in a much better nights sleep, reduced pain and reliability. ... show more

They helped my father improve his pain, and he got used to sleeping with them quickly. As a UPS worker during peak season these became handy. The design seems nice and simple. They’re easy to put on. The 2 velcro straps work well to keep the braces secure and there is enough adjustment. It is balance among secure fit, supportive, comfortable, immobilizing, and allowing some play or movement. These provide a decent level of support and comfort - I would buy them again.

My neurologist recently diagnosed me with carpal tunnel in both hands. He said I should get some hand braces for my hands and that it was very important that I get braces that have good supports across the length of the back of the hand and across the wrist on the underside. I found these braces and they are awesome!!! My hands feel so much better now that they are actually getting some support. It is strictly a wrist brace and extends only slightly up the arm. 2 straps secure it to your wrist. The Velcro strap closest to the palm is much too short. Thus, you have to re-tread it every time. I am 6'5, so I bout the largest size. Overall, it fits fine, just the annoyance with the strap being too short. I really didn't want to like these. I wanted to stay young and flexible, but my wrists decided to stage a violent protest, so here we are. First off, let’s address the elephant in the room: the bulk. Yes, wearing these makes me look like I’m about to enter a high-stakes arm-wrestling tournament or perhaps pilot a small aircraft. They are thick, they are noticeable, and they restrict my movement to the point where my hands are basically decorative paddles. But honestly? That’s the point. I used to have wrists that moved in ways they shouldn't; now, I have the structural integrity of a reinforced concrete pillar. It turns out that when you stop your joints from acting like wet noodles, they actually stop hurting. Who knew? As someone with a larger wrist, finding anything that doesn’t cut off my circulation is usually a marathon. These actually fit perfectly without making my hands turn an alarming shade of purple. If you don't mind looking 10% more like a cyborg and 100% less like you're in constant pain, get these. My dignity took a slight hit, but my nerves are finally throwing a victory party.
