The media could not be loaded. I just assembled it. It was easy to make. There are no word instructions. It is all photos but I was able to follow. My cat was playing with the stuff before I had it all made. And he was already taking naps and biting it. It looks very good and if you need to wash the fluffy fuzzy parts those are all detachable so it’s easy to clean besides the scratching post one. It’s not overly wide either. I also like that it comes with replacement fuzzy balls. For the top part. Now all the poles are supposed to stick up. I just have one sticking down because he likes to play with it in the hammock. And I like the fact that you can take those out and use it as a regular toy. ... show more

This is a creat cat tree. My cat loves it. He’s alway hanging out on the top. Build quality is very good. Easy to assemble. All parts were there. I only say that because the previous cat tree from another company was missing crucial parts

Pros: looks nice, sturdy, came with extra parts, come with wall mount for tipping safety & my cat loves it, the 3 poles with the ball toys can all be removed to play with your kitty around the house & the 2 white beddings on the 2nd & 3rd level can be removed for washing, it's a good size for 1 to 2 cats Cons: instructions were pictured wrong on 1 page. Had to take apart and redo. The holes drilled for the magnetic doors were a little off. Husband easily fixed though by redrilling a new hole to line up. The top square that has the white fluffy pillow is very thin material with no padding on the bottom. So they are basically laying on the wood. I wish the poles were all covered in the rope instead of just 2 in this white fluffy material that will shread easily when scratched, the hanging basket bed on the side cannot be removed for cleaning unless you take the cat tree apart All in all there could be improvements but I'm still satisfied with this purchase. Most of my cons can be modified by me. Definitely would recommend over just a normal cat tree. The main reason I purchased was to hide the litter box. Which it does well. ... show more

Very sturdy product. Took some time to put it together but not bad! Cat litter pan fits good in the cabinet. My cats are about 10/11 lbs. they seem to like it and don’t feel unsteady.

I have bought a Feandrea Cat Tree in the past and loved it. My cats love it and still use it. I thought I'd get them another one, so I chose this one. It looks nice, but I don't like it as much as the previous one. This one seemed a lot harder to put together because of the litter box enclosure. It was HEAVY getting the box in the house. Either I didn't put it together right, or there weren't enough holes drilled into one of the panels because I cannot install the doors to it. It's okay, I've decided to just put a cat bed in there, but it's a little annoying. Two other things I don't like about this cat tree: I don't like how the top flat part is half the size of the previous tree I had; there's barely any room for my adult cats to sit on it, let alone lay down. The other thing I don't like is that the furry parts attach to the tree by velcro. The previous tree I had had the carpeted parts glued to the tree, with no need for velcro. I feel like this is a little dangerous if a cat jumps on it and the velcro doesn't stay on. Another thing is that some of the edges of the wood are too sharp. I actually took a nail file and sanded down a couple of the edges because I was afraid my cats would get injured if they ran into it. All in all, it's a nice-looking, sturdy tree and I do like Feandrea, but I would choose a different style of theirs, if I had it to do over again. ... show more
