We first heard about Lion's Mane mushrooms on the Amazon Prime show, "Clarkson's Farm," and my wife and I decided to try it. Since taking the very small daily recommended dose in our morning coffee, my wife and I have observed different apparent benefits. She notes feeling more energetic and clearer headed. For me, I'm not sure if I feel any different, but a bit of sun damaged skin on my face has been problematic for several years, drying and flaking and sometimes bleeding. Visits to a dermatologist offered no benefit other than a suggestion to use moisturizer on it. Less than 2 months after starting Lion's Mane, the spot just went away and hasn't returned after quite some time. I can't say it's due to the mushroom powder for sure, but it seems too coincident to not be related after such a long affliction with no other remedy. Since I mix the powder into my coffee, I have no comment on taste or other qualities. It sometimes gets a little clumpy and seems best mixed with hot liquids, lest it stick to the side of the cup in clumps.

Holey Moley, this stuff actually works! I bought Cordyceps about a week ago, and I can already feel a difference in my energy levels during my workouts. I take it about an hour before exercising and noticed right off the bat that I feel less fatigued and way more energized. I can train harder and push through longer. I also love that it's natural and organic. This one is definitely a keeper!!

Good product, but I recommend turning it into a tincture for full benefits (recipe is scaled for an 8oz bag). And yes, this is from ChatGPT. 1️⃣ Alcohol Extraction Add 8 oz Cordyceps powder to a large mason jar or multiple jars. Pour in 64 oz vodka (or enough to fully submerge powder by at least 1 inch). Seal tightly and label with the date. Shake daily and steep for 3–4 weeks in a cool, dark place. 2️⃣ Water Extraction After straining the alcohol, transfer the spent powder to a pot. Add 32–48 oz distilled water, simmer uncovered (not boiling) for 1 hour, reducing volume by half. Cool and strain through cheesecloth. 3️⃣ Combine & Bottle Mix the cooled decoction with the alcohol extract. Adjust final ratio to at least 60% alcohol, meaning no more than 40% of your final liquid should be water-based to ensure preservation. Example: If you reduced 48 oz to 24 oz in simmering, you’ll combine that with 36 oz alcohol extract to stay at 60:40. Bottle in dark glass dropper bottles or large tincture jars. Label (shelf life: about 1 year).
