I bought a re-wiring kit. I bought a beautiful shade. I bought a harp that was ‘..also purchased with’ item. As the photo shows the holes to big for the finial. I was told to order these rings? They don’t work without a threaded bulb socket? Make sure always read details and measurements AND reviews I would love a suggestion on what else I need to purchase and what I can return? Frustrated motorcycle mechanic that can’t R&R a lamp ... show more

Measure twice, then you'll only need to order once. I skipped the 2nd measure, and i blame myself..
These rings around the collar, are solid, and a great value.

Too small
Size: 2 Piece

They were just a hair too small for my fixture. That wouldn’t have been so annoying if they hadn’t sent me a pair that were already opened. Guess they were too small for someone else’s lamps too?
