I'm absolutely in love with this couch ! I cant believe I found this on amazon and for the price its amazing !! I ordered this item August 22nd and I received it August 28th, SUPER FAST! however, I never received a call to schedule the delivery, when I called them they said it was supposed to be delivered on the 27th but it never went out. They were going to schedule a delivery for the 29th between 1pm-5pm but I wouldn't have had anyone home so I asked if it could be picked up from the warehouse which they said yes. I picked up the sofa that day which was in two boxes about 120-140 pounds each. They did help me load it in the truck when I was at the warehouse. Once I got home and we unpacked the boxes they came already built for the most part. The actual sofa just needed to be hooked together with hooks that come on the sofa already. Only thing that needed to be built was the pull out ottoman, and there were no instructions, but I was able to find the downloadable PDF on here which had instructions on where to find the headrests (under the sofa inside a zipped hiding spot), and how to arm the pull out ottoman and add the legs to the sofa and the wheels for the pull out. It is soooooo pretty, not damaged at all. Its a modern sofa so obviously its not super soft like a big reclining sofa set would be but for the type of sofa it is, its very comfortable. When you pull out the ottoman its about the size of a full bed, at night we pull it out and lay whichever way to watch TV, definitely a big part of the sofa that makes it awesome. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to buy it and possibly any other furniture from amazon, this was super convenient. Besides having to pick up my own items but I personally did not mind that.

The sofa is a good concept but its made badly. There is no padding on the arm rest/ pillow so the wood cuts through the fake leather. head supports cave in even if they don't get used! The wood framing is bent so you cant get the bed pulled out and the seams are very weak so the stitching pops very quickly! Most of the sofa feels like fake leather pulled over wood with no support. The most dangerous part is the holes in the wood, thats right the wood is not even sold there are parts where there is no wood and the fake leather has no backing and it you touch it you feel the edges of the wood and the fabric sawing at the edges on the wood. That will rip and you will fall into the void behind that and get impaled on a screw or nail! Now I live alone and I take care of my property. I have had this couch for less then a month and its collapsing! Granted it has manufactures defects but it should not be braking like this. A sofa should last for years not weeks! In closing: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU BUY THIS SOFA! Look at the other customer reviews. Look at the photos! Know you are trapping yourself and throwing away your money if you order this sofa. The item WILL have manufactures defects an damages if not straight up rust and mold all over it, then the company will give you a real Sophie's choice that is designed to make them the only winner! leaving you with no money, no warranty and a broken death trap sofa!

It’s gorgeous- I’m honestly obsessed. It’s incredibly easy to assemble (before you freak and think they forgot the pillows/headrests, check the zippered compartment under the lounge!) it’s firm and sturdy (not super plush but that’s how I prefer it), the PU leather is super easy to clean, and the pullout transforms an already great L-shape for entertaining into an enormous bed like area perfect for vegging out to Netflix or having a friend crash (without the weird squeakyness of a pullout mattress). The ONLY downside is the delivery carrier in my case was curb side drop off only so I (a very small 5’2 F) had to drag half of it up the stairs myself just to get my front door shut. Not an easy task, but the delivery has little bearing on how great this couch is. Last thing - the headrests are modular, allowing you to have a high or low back, really nice feature.

Overall good looking couch for the price love the pullout sleeper section but the “L” brackets that keep the wheels from going out too far get caught on the sleeper cushion part tucked under the couch and ripped it a little. Also the instructions were a little difficult when it came to attaching the spring loaded brackets to the rolling part to attach the pullout sleeper cushion and the premise holes for bots didn’t line up very well. Overall it works and I have enjoyed it so far it hasn’t fallen apart even though several pieces of legs or other parts show small signs of rust. Also there were several screws from the inside frame poking out through the fabric or beginning to poke out through the fabric when I was installing this. Last photo is of a completed the day I finished building this which was middle of July and now it is middle of September and it has held up well

Please pay to get this mammoth assembled! When it was delivered it really was that 200lbs in two boxes. The sweet delivery driver helped me and my husband haul it in. But thankfully from there we paid to have it assembled. There was no way we were going to open that box up and even try. Once it was assembled we really love this couch. It fits our purpose of having a black couch for our living room. We leave the extender out most of the time but I will say that the middle part has a hollow center so you have to careful to sit on the edge if you’re sitting there.. It is comfortable. Firm. Easy to pull out the extender and put back in. It did NOT come damaged like other’s products did. However!!!, since they go through a third party delivery device to deliver to my area, I had a less than pleasant experience. I took a day off waiting for the delivery that never came. Amazon said the delivery company tried to reach me and some random number. No idea how they got it. Then from there collaborates with the delivery company on rescheduling the delivery. It was fine from there. But took almost a week to get settled and taken care of.
