I'd been looking for a TV stand that would accommodate my TV (of course), my video players (yes...VCR!) and several dozen books. With these cubes (3 sets, 6 total cubes) I found my perfect TV stand. Maximum storage for all the books, ample room for the video devices (minimum space waste here) and the TV (small one) on the top, specially purchased, shelf. I put together these cubes and a "floating shelf" to make my perfect TV stand/bookcase. The cubes were very easy/simple to assemble. The manufacturer provided extra screws, just in case. The cube boards were pre drilled and in excellent shape. Packaging material was very adequate. The wire mesh panels are precise and the whole cube fits together perfectly. All 6! Again, assembly was a snap. You just need a phillips screwdriver. I like the rustic brown barnwood color of the boards. I have a lot of books in these cubes. They hold the weight! Very sturdy. What really pleases me about this set-up is the floating shelf that the TV sits on. It's 4 ft. long and just about 12 inches deep. The shelf is almost 2 inches thick. It's an engineered shelf. But, it spans the cubes, end to end or side to side. But what made me really delighted about this shelf is the color. It matches the cube colors perfectly! When I was shopping for this idea, I found the cubes first and then happened upon this shelf. I was hoping the color in the listing would be true in hand. Because it looked perfect for the cubes and I loved the cubes. The day I started this project I was excited to see the results. When I unboxed the TV shelf and set it up the cubes, stood back, looked it all over....WOW! What a match. IT WAS PERFECT. I couldn't have done it any better. So, if you want functional storage that's good looking, easy to put together and sturdy, these are the cubes to get. I got a good Cyber Monday Prime deal too. Overall, I am completely happy with how this whole little project turned out. Oh, lest I forget, shim up the front edge of the cubes if set on carpet and get some of the rubberized shelf matting to cut small squares to place on top of the bottom most cube to keep the top one from sliding. Place in each corner. I definitely recommend these cubes for project like this. The seller shipped very fast and that's a nice plus.

I bought this set earlier this year specifically to store vinyl records, and they worked perfectly. Part of the reason I chose them was the ability to add more units over time as my collection grew. Unfortunately, the product has changed since my original purchase. Even though this is the same listing, the new cubes are smaller and no longer fit vinyl records. They still look good and seem well-made, but they are no longer the same dimensions as before. Just a heads-up if you previously purchased this item and planned to expand your setup… the newer version won’t match the original. I’ll be returning the new ones, and now need to replace the original cubes as well so I can use a system that’s consistent and expandable.

Great organizers! Can be used as a bedside table! These cube shelves are a lifesaver for my tiny dorm room—they keep books and random stuff organized without taking up much space. Assembly took maybe 15 minutes and they’re surprisingly sturdy. I love that I can rearrange the cubes vertically or horizontally to fit under my desk or next to my bed. The wood finish looks way nicer than plastic bins and blends with my room’s vibe. Affordable, functional, and looks way pricier than it is—10/10 for student living!
