The 2nd time it is not a foam mattress and nothing like the pic/link----it is a pillow top and unbearably soft. Just know this vendor is not consistent with the items they ship.---to return it , they have to send UPS employee to your house and they package for return. The firmness of this mattress is pretty firm. It is hard to sleep on actually. A mattress topper is highly recommended for better support. The quality is not bad, but again is not for someone with a bad back. Maybe going up in inches may help, but expect the price to go up as well.
