Well when I first got this product I was very pleased it looks exactly like it does in the picture even better it's fabulously beautiful. I took a chance on buying this without any reviews I checked the company out looked at their store and saw that they have good customer service. I contacted them at least four or five times before I made the purchase and they responded within 24 hours every time very professionally and after I felt sure I purchased this bike I have one major problem which I've contacted them today which I hope they will resolve and they should. I don't know why but I had a problem clamping the seat post and I had a problem clamping The Handlebar post but sometimes I can be pretty Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse all at the same time and my truck driver friend came down the stairs and one two three he had it perfectly working I'm a carpenter and they say I build a nice house and the only problem that I had was I put them on the wrong corner that's how stupid I can be about things. But now let me tell you about the bike the first con is and the only con really is the kickstand I may be wrong but I don't think it's adjustable and it's so straight up that you can almost blow it over and when I took it out of the box it fell against the radiator while I was working on it and put a nice nick in it no big deal but I'm just warning you all just be careful. What I ended up doing is put a lot of down pressure on the seat in the back over the tire to bend it a little bit and I got maybe another 10° leaning out of it but it's still pretty straight up that seems to me to be the only little issue with the thing. Now this little Speed Demon has got some power it's got a 400 watt motor and it truly is a 400 W Motor I know cuz I have four of the e-bikes I got it going to 19 miles an hour and it's a really Zippy little demon if I may use the phrase. I speak my words into the computer I don't type anymore so forgive any nuances in the language or misspellings I'm writing a good review about a really good product this is my favorite bike right now even though it's little everybody's been asking me about it. The brakes are absolutely phenomenal two of my previous ebikes I had to take to a bike store and have them adjusted one I had to put brand new calipers on but these brakes are killer good you actually got to be careful they'll stop you short I don't know why they're so good but they are and they've got plenty of room left on the handlebars they come absolutely perfectly adjusted at least mind it that's a big plus. Now the lights are excellent a front light and a rear light with a brake light when you hit the brakes and they run from the battery no need to buy these parts like you have to do with other electric bikes they're already installed and they work really good that's a big plus the other big plus is they have fenders really a nice stylish design beautiful fenders and my other little bike doesn't have any fenders and it's always kicking up mud and dirt on my backpack and on the rest of the bike not so with this another big plus another great thing even though you can buy this is it's got a phone holder and I got my GPS app on my phone and now I can see the time the temperature the the whole nine yards just with this little thing and that is great. Now let me tell you about this little horn it is perfect it's not going to stop a car but I'm never riding much where the cars are and the other horns that I've had to buy scare the people this thing has got the perfect sound the perfect thing to not rattle anybody but get their attention it might seem like a small thing but it's a really big thing for me cuz I don't like to annoy people. The pedal assist is a Cadence pedal assist and not a torque pedal assist a lot of times you'll be ghost peddling the power will kick in but you can't keep up with the power but I didn't feel the power that much even when I did pedal there may be some little issue with the pedal assist but it's only got one gear you just going to use this electrically. What's good is the throttle will only put out as much power as you have the pedal assist set to either one two or three three being the most power this will keep you regulated from using too much power and that's a plus. The bike is heavy 60 lb at weighs you ladies might want to consider that but I'll tell you what it's well worth to have this just get someone to help you lift it in the truck or whatever this thing is built like a tank. Another really great Plus is that if you can't get the bike somewhere to charge it you can take the battery out and you don't have to take the whole seat post and the seat out to get to it all you have to do is flip the seat up and there you go and pull the battery up very simple that's a good idea and another thing the seed itself is fairly comfortable yes and it's a distinguishable looking see I think I'll keep it it looks good with the rest of the bike. Now there is one issue the first charge when I took the bike out for a few days I got it last Friday on the 22nd of March it only went 20 miles that's all the range I got and that was using it on pedal assist number two no Hills and maybe averaging 12 to 13 miles an hour I recharged the battery I checked it and it was 54.6 volts charged and when I took it out for the next three days it only won a total of 15 miles and the battery died and I was extremely disappointed because one of the reasons I bought this bike is because very few of them this size have a 48 volt battery. I've contacted the company they've been very communicative with me and today I thought I would tell them about this issue as I wanted to wait and check it again to make sure that the battery wasn't putting out and I'm sure they're going to contact me I told him I would write a good review. I'm not trying to get over on them I'm willing to send this battery back I don't know why it's not getting the range that it should they're advertising 51 miles in the range and I think that's a little far-fetched even with the pedal assist but I'd be happy just with 35 and this last charge I only got 15 but I think this is a great company I hope they're going to do right I hope I get a new battery and I really want to keep the bike and I'm even thinking of getting another one yep that's how good I like this it's a beautiful bike okay everybody and they didn't pay me to write this review and they didn't give me this bike to write the review I've been back and forth talking with them four or five times and I guess this would be the first review I'm in New York City boy and I don't like being taken advantage of cuz I've always been honest in my business and everything else but this by far for this price you cannot beat this bike absolutely get them while they're hot they're probably going to raise the prices if they start selling these things so you ought to get it while they're at this price because it is very very inexpensive my hats off to the company glad I have the bike hope everybody has a good day so here's your first review thank you so much Michael. Update: I needed a new part for my bike and it took almost 8 or 10 weeks to get here but I must say the whole way they were very amicable very communicative always talk to me within the 24 hours and I got the part and I'm extremely happy with the customer service again I wasn't paid for this or given a bike for review their customer service is excellent and the bike is really a fine bike I highly recommend this company.

I absolutely love this bike. I had a Lectric bike which I loved but it was too heavy and big for me. I’m 5’2 and weigh 117 pounds. I wanted a bike that was smaller and easier to maneuver; this bike fits the bill. I ride to the beach and back (22 miles round trip) and I still have 3/4 of the battery left. It was really easy to assemble and it charges relatively fast.

The media could not be loaded. Just brought my first EBike though I would take a chance with this company. I drove it from work 1 day long distance to get the feel of it, my maps told me on bike that I would make it home in 1 hour 25 minutes I would say the battery lasted a good amount of time on a full day charge. It only died when I was 12 mins from my home which kinda sucked because that 12 mins on the bike turned into 33 minutes walking the bike. Mainly I noticed like after about 15, or 20 mins I lost the first battery bar so depending on the speed your going that is something to watch for and take into consideration when traveling long distances. You can pedal assist with the bike but once the battery fully dies it does get extremely hard to pedal. Which will drain your energy fast if your not really in shape or use to it. The bike was every easy to put together already coming mostly pre-assembled. And you can adjust both the handle bars and seat to you preferred liking. What i did noticed tho is when they delivered my EBike that only one of my tires was pumped up which was the front, my back tired came partially pumped. But I also been trying to 1 while day now to put air in the tire when I noticed that the back motor on the back tire is blocking the aire tube so no air pump won't fit on there. When I reached up this brand bike I realized that it's a manufacturer mess up and that the air cubes to the tires are suppose to stick out in curve my front tire has the curve but not my back so I'm stuck now with a Bike I can't pump up. I also notice that the way they made the handle bars connected with the front tire is completely of centered i tried to align it up right but couldn't even with the tools they sent in the box with the bike because no matter which way I turned the handle bar connector either the handle bars themselves would be off centered or the front will would be off centered. Another thing I would watch when getting this bike it that when you go to store the bike standing up with the kickstand is that the kickstand is kinda off and will not hold the bike up easily I recommend leaning it up against something suitable to avoid damage to the bike if it was to fall. All an all I think even with the minor and some what annoying problems that I believe this is a great first EBike for someone. It's not that expensive, It's fast, reliable can fit a kid or an adult with a max weight of i believe 200lb something give or take.
