I was hesitant to purchase due to the low number of reviews. But I looked at so many different stores and couldn’t find anything similar. All of the boxes arrived on the same day, one day earlier than the start of the 3-day window that I was given. I received it two days after I ordered it. Nine boxes came on one delivery and the last box arrived a few hours later. Very easy to put together. I will say that the only flaw is that the plastic feet on the underside of the base cushions, so the top of each storage unit, are not very securely attached. A couple of them were detached and inside of the box, and I was able to easily reattach them. However, a few of them were bent, and it appeared the holes were stripped, but I was able to just move them over a little bit and screw them back in, creating a different hole. That’s really my only complaint. I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because I feel like this small flaw is acceptable for a sectional in this price range. One of the base pieces had two small punctures near where the foot attaches, almost like a staple or something had gone Into it, but I was able to just turn it so that once it was attached, it was on the inside and you can’t see it. These are actually surprisingly comfortable. One of the things I was worried about was that they would be uncomfortable which is not the case. The back is very comfortable, the seat is firm, but also gives a little bit and is comfortable For sitting and lounging, and even napping, it seems very comfortable . Overall, this is a great set for a great price and I am happy with it. I have never owned a leather or faux leather set so I am not sure how it will wear with my two dogs, so I just purchased inexpensive sheepskin rugs and use them as sort of seat covers or seat liners. I do this on all my couches so this isn’t any different. Do far so good! I also was worried about the color, I was hoping it was not going to be too orange, and the color is actually absolutely perfect? If you were hesitant like I was, no worries, just take the plunge. I also purchased a name brand furniture arm chair cup holder. It’s a tad too wide but I just added a piece of non slip shelf liner underneath and it’s fine. ... show more

Wow! I absolutely LOVE this couch. It’s even better than I expected. It came in 11 boxes but mine was missing the armrests, so only got 10. Customer service was on it immediately, and my armrest soon followed. They also offered me a couple pilllows for the Inconvenience. My son in law assembled it for me and found it easy and kept ewwwing and awwwing about how he loved the design and structure of it. Very well made. I have been wanting a new couch for a while and had one in mind but couldn’t find it. Until this one popped up. I knew it looked like what I was looking for but always scary ordering sight unseen. And not being able to try it out. But not only is it well made and beautiful it’s super cozy! Dogs and I approve!! And are so excited to snuggle up for movie time. ... show more
