My wife and I bought a couple of these and they're fantastic. It's incredibly easy to assemble, easy to handle, and it's very fun! The fat tires make it easy to ride on pretty much any terrain and it's pretty compact when folded up. It's also feature rich and allows you to tweak the top speed, pedal assist functions, as well as many other things. Personally I've found that I prefer the pedal assist off at all times and chose to enable just the throttle. So it functions as a normal 7-speed pedal bike and I'll use the throttle when it's really time to go! I highly recommend this bike! ... show more

Pretty easy to put together just a lot of unpacking. Lots of fun to ride, I get it up to around 20 mph. Really heavy though, not sure you'd want to load this thing. Battery seems to last a really long time. Looks cool too

Great battery life, speed acceleration is great. Durable on and off the pavement. Easy to assemble. Easy to fold and move around to store or take in vehicle. Bought for husband and now in process of purchasing another one for myself. My adult son wants to purchase as well. Delivery was quick and very responsive if any questions or concerns. I have had this Narrak eBike about 3 weeks. I've got another eBike so I have something to compare this one to. Where to begin? I love this bike. I started out looking for a folding ebike and came across this on Amazon. The reviews on Amazon were excellent and the price is super affordable so I went for it. I had one immediate upgrade I wanted to do and that had to do with the gearing. I was ghost pedaling at PAS 3 and even some in PAS 2. I don't like that "clown pedaling" feeling. So I did some research and ended up getting a 48T front chain ring. The Narrak comes with a 40T front chain ring which is quite small. The rear flywheel is a Shamano 14-28T which I have kept the same. Just going to a larger front ring has made the gearing much nicer. I have no ghost pedaling up to about 18 mph and can pedal in PAS 4 to get that. I thought about upgrading the rear flywheel to an 11-28T which would give me better pedaling at the highest speeds PAS 4-5. However, that would come at a cost of higher gearing in the mid range. And I like my mid range where it is now and love the low range too. I ride in some hilly, mountainous areas and this bike gets me up and down like a pro. I like to pedal myself but will use throttle on challenging areas. I don't know if ebikers realize that when you do some pedaling your battery lasts way longer than if your are at full speed throttle the entire ride. That is not my style and I am getting good mileage on the battery so far. Not sure yet how far I can go but this bike is not that hard to ride at 0 PAS so I feel I could always get home on it. I think it's going to get around 45 miles on a charge if I push it that far. I put some Flat Out in the tires and that's another key I used on my other bike. Gotta have it. Stuff lasts the life of the tire. The ride is very smooth and balanced. The 4x20" tires are great. I have 4x26 on my other bike and like the wide tires. I can ride Narrak with no hands which shows that it is well balanced bike. That's another important thing for me. It makes the ride like a super glide. I also really like the size of this bike. My other bike is really tall. I'm 5'8" and this bike is so easy for me to get on and off. The adjustable seat has springs and works well. And I did fold the bike up and put it in my car and it fit in the back. Pretty cool feature. I also have a rack which is what I use most of the time but it's good to know you can make this bike into small bike. So there you have it. I'm an experienced eBiker, and mountain biker and this bike lets me go where I want to go. Happy trails all! ... show more

I've had this bike for about 40 miles now. I have not folded it to lift it into the back of a car or anything like that, but it does seem to weigh about 60 lb. I do like the great big size of the tires. The seat is comfortable. I keep it on a pass1 which is basically just barely starting to pedal and you can engage the throttle for an easy takeoff. The speed does reach for me at 185 lb 190, about 29 mph. The digital display works very well and is informative. The instructions are well spelled out and easy to follow when changing settings within it. Changing the gears is easy to do with the Shimano gear changer. I did add a couple of add-ons like a mirror and a phone clamp plus a rear seat bag for a bottle of water and a lock. Oh, and I added a speaker pill for the neck of my handlebars. I can't attest to how long the battery holds out because I only go for maybe 10 or 15 mi and back home and most of that is being pedaled by myself so I'm not actually using most of the battery. The one upgrade I would consider or making better is the rear brake. It seems to not be as a quick of a stop as you would like. Being that you can reach 30 miles an hour. You definitely have to use both of the brakes to come to a very quick stop. while squeezing on the rear it seems to take you quite a few feet before you actually stop. Overall, it offers everything that I need in a bike and it's quite enjoyable when I ride it. I did actually get in touch with customer service at one point because during the shipping the rear brake light cracked and they did ship me out another one free. I've had the ebike a few months now. It arrived on date expected, was well packaged and easy to assemble. It has now been used on road and off-road with ease. I did have a small accident, hit a rock straight on, but the bike endured with just a scrape. I wish I would have been that lucky. The charge has a lot of life, it lasts forever. The bike is easy to use both in manual and auto mode. It will get you where you want, and quickly if you are brave enough. My husband has one too, we are very glad we puchased them.
