These work extremely well. Two weeks ago I was having plantar fasciitis so badly I could not put weight on my foot and there was huge swelling in my heel. Extremely painful. Huge knots in the tendon around my arch. And in general horrible foot pain. Within 2 weeks of wearing these (in combination with a new pair of timberland pro boots), and the foot is 98% recovered. The heel cushion has formed to my heel to help my ankle stay upright and the padding is a huge pain relief. The arch support has eliminated all but one small know in the arch. And I'm not in any pain at all. For a little clarity, I'm 6' 3" tall and weigh around 245 lbs , and I'm on a warehouse floor 9-11 hours a day. These are by far the best insoles I've purchased and I'm going to just set it and subscribe and save because they're really just that good. One side note, if you have not worn a true arch support or plantar fasciitis insole before, they can be paints first as your feet adjust to being in a different position. Just hang with it, a good pair of insoles can help change your entire health and energy level.

Not bad. If you are constantly moving around they are pretty good. Not good for standing in the same spot for long periods. They also squeak. Arch support is great. Still would recommend getting inserts with them. Just make sure you order a half size up boot because the arch in the insole will make your boot too tight.
