Speed only goes 15.5 MPH. Also missing part to kickstand and there isnt any customer service to help get parts!!

finally got into the 'has a backseat' bike to ride around with my partner... and it is so much fun. (we already have 2 individual ebikes, and it is fun to ride those too, but going on an adventure together is even better). also, all the bells and whistles: the motorcycle-like light, the back light, the blinkers, the thumb-"gas", the speed control, etc. and the chopper look! and when i had a question for customer service they answered within 24 hours. definitely a winner for this price. ... show more

    • Battery stop working
I like the bike but I only used it for 3 weeks , until the battery isn’t of no use ! When I plug it in it’s showing the battery is charged ok instead of charging , then the battery isn’t coming on again. I did wanted to send back the bike but didn’t , they produced to let Amazon know that the refunded me which was a lie. ... show more
