This light was a great deal. The cheapest I'd seen this particular light was $369. I was lucky enough to catch it on sale. It's HEAVY and you will need assistance while assembling it. It looks very nice though--especially with Edison bulbs.

I hung this light over our large half moon island in the kitchen. I love the look with our white cabinets. It’s pretty good quality for the price, but I made a couple modifications. The chains are adjustable, but they were a little too industrial for my taste. I changed them out for a small gage stainless wire for a contemporary version. I like that this light is dimmable , but don’t love the full view of the light bulbs from the underside. You can use round decorative bulbs to mitigate the light intensity and overall look. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It was fairly easy to put together. The smaller your fingers the easier it is. The screws go between the black and gold plates. I purchased another size elsewhere and it was easier to assemble. It screwed from the inside but was harder to put up. This one was easy to install. We are very happy with it. ... show more
