Took awhile to build solo, but is amazingly sturdy and quality. All parts were present, plus extra. I used some foam packing for the headboard portion against the wall. The drawers have held up well. Very hard to build. Took like half a day. It didn't come with any led lights strips that were promised. Its pretty heavy and stable. Look nice. One of the system for opening and clothing the head compartments do not work

The media could not be loaded. Overall good quality and decently easy to built but will take you a while to do so as it is a lot of pieces and a lot of hardware. Feels very sturdy upon finishing and the attention to detail is very nice in some parts for example the crown molding on the sides and legs. Some of the instructions could be a tad clearer and some of the steps are a little difficult but overall this product is worth it. The RGB lights are very neat and we love the amount of storage on both top and bottom. Beware that if your floors are not level some parts may not be flush when putting them together, may need the addition of furniture levelers on one or all legs. Very satisfied so far! ... show more

A headache to put together but solid and heavy-duty perfect for my tween daughter. We bought the queen size and she basically lives in her bed now :) ** I will update with picture when the bedding is out of dryer!

NO customer service. Two of the parts that keep the center door shut don’t work at all. No way to get them replaced. For this money this should be a better product. Cheap. Had too much put together to even return it. I’m stuck now. Think again.

It looks good but it states that it will support 1,000 lbs so that was important because we have a really heavy purple mattress and that is just not true. The slats are SUPER flimsy and we already had one break. I weigh 150 and my husband is around 175 and one snapped just sitting down on the edge of the bed. The alignment of cabinets is a little off but when you put your pillows against it you don’t even notice. The only other issue I have with it is white tape is too short and the guy in the assembly video has the same issue and he just puts it back down to play it off like it was long enough lol.
