I am very happy with this spray for it’s strong scent and lasting effects in my shower. The fir and peppermint blend is so wonderful and the strength and lasting power indicate the essential oils are of high quality. I have tried using bath bombs but not found them to be as effective as this spray. My first time using a spray like this was at a spa in a steam sauna and I never thought to look for one to buy, the one I used there was blended by the staff. This spray is even better than that version and I couldn’t be happier. I will use this every time I shower to help with my sinus and allergy issues but, honestly, just because I love the scent. It is so easy to use and I quickly discovered it doesn’t take much for me to feel the affect on my sinuses. I have even sprayed it in my bedroom before bed.     • BEST Shower Spray I've Ever Used
My wife and I love shower sprays, especially ones that open the sinuses and provide some relaxing aromatherapy in the winter time. Often the essential oils in these sprays come diluted with alcohol and end up lasting only a minute or two in the shower - dissipating quickly. Not this brand -- this appears to be 100% essential oil and let me tell you that a little bit (just 2 sprays at the start of a shower) go a SUPER long way and will last you well through your 10-15 minute shower. My first time using this I way overdid it --- my sinuses sure were open, burning, and my eyes stung a little bit. I say that not as a slight against the product but to show that you really don't need much of this per shower. Should last me a really long time. The Doug Fir and Peppermint Combo is amazing here -- hard to describe other than amazing. Like Christmas as the Spa. Will for sure be a repeat customer on this product. I bet it'll be amazing next time someone in my household isn't feeling well with a cold. ... show more

    • Great scent
This aromatherapy spray contains just fir and peppermint, and when sprayed in my shower I noticed the peppermint first while the fir creeped in slowly afterwards. It's a really lovely scent and I enjoy it. Unfortunately for me, this did not last long. I sprayed 4 spritzes along a shower wall at roughly shoulder height, and by the time I'd finished shampooing my hair, it had faded. Rather disappointing. As others clearly have the opposite opinion while using far less spray, I gave this some thought. My shower is tiny. Stall-sized. Spraying anything anywhere in there will result in it quickly settling to where it's being either directly hit by water or fully engulfed in whatever splashing occurs, meaning it'll quickly get sucked downwards and eventually drain away. For now, I am leaving my review here as-is as a warning :) I am going to experiment some (with perhaps spraying upwards, above the shower head height entirely) to see if that improves the longevity. I assume that most folks are showering in a tub combo or otherwise large-ish shower and have better places to spray this and thus get better results. I do love the scent though! ***Update: I finally remembered test the spray location, and did about 5 sprays while the shower was closed and running, up over the door & and quite a bit above the shower head. This worked out much better and lasted much longer, since it spent more time suspended in the air in my tiny space. Hope that helps others out there, and now that I have a better spraying location I've upgraded to 4 stars. Getting that kind of height for use in a small shower is going to be impossible for folks shorter than I, and I am of average height. ... show more

    • Very fragrant!
I was very intrigued by this product! Not only does it work well, it is a concept that I haven't seen before but really love! It is like a combo of room spray and shower steamer! It works way better than any shower steamer I have ever had! Be careful, as it is incredibly fragrant and only a couple of sprays are needed, meaning it will last quite a while. I normally use eucalyptus products for clearing up sinuses, so I was very surprised that douglas fir and peppermint did so well! It is a blast of freshness, and my bathroom smelled nice all night. Be careful to not spray into the shower stream though. Let the shower get hot and spray it into the air around the shower so the steam swirls it around. It is less wasteful that way! I will be saving this for days when I am super tired or when I don't feel good. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • long lasting strong scent
First, make sure you enjoy the scent of pine and peppermint, because this shower spray delivers the goods with a strong, long lasting scent that will last throughout your shower and surround you with a Christmassy smell that refreshes and opens your sinuses up so you can smell it even more. It's like you're showering with a Christmas tree covered in candy canes. A couple pumps on the walls of the shower is all you need. I didn't notice any staining or discoloration where I sprayed it, but you may want to test a tiny spot to make sure (if you have something besides standard shower walls, (like some fancy tile or marble). It didn't leave a film and seemed to just wash away as I showered. I'll definitely be checking to see if this brand makes other scents. If there's a grapefruit I will be in heaven! ... show more

    • useless in the shower, great in your wax warmer
just like all the other shower steamers I've tried, the scent is wonderful upon opening or spraying but it lasts in the shower for about a microsecond. Doesn't matter if I spray it on the wall close to the floor, high up, on the shower curtain, on the teak bench anywhere. Dissipates way too quickly. BUT, if you pour a small amount directly into your wax warmer, the entire house smells amazing and it lasts for a long time. Your nose gets used to the smell in about 15 minutes, so then, just walk into a closed room briefly or outdoors and come back in - that lovely smell starts all over again and is way better than the candle wax I'm putting in the warmer. So the 3 is because it's really a 0 as a shower steamer but a 5 in the wax warmer. ... show more
