When you hear about the car thieves stealing a car with a modern keyless key entry, often it's because they use a device that sniffs the key in your pocket from your back of your house and amplifies it. If you put your key fob into this bag, keyless entry does not work, there are some cars where you can turn that off in the settings, but if you don't mind taking it out of the bag, keyless entry can still work.

I have a 2021 Camry with key fob. The pouch holds the key fob, 2 house keys and 1 AirTag. Have tested on trying to unlock the car doors and trunk. Cannot unlock when in the Faraday pouch. Very happy with purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this item because of the recent 5 star reviews. It probably works on these folks FOB, but absolutely did not work for me. As soon as I received this pouch, I put my fob in it, pulled the ties tight, and folded over the top so the opening was not exposed in any way. I was still able to unlock my vehicle with ease. I have a 2017 Nissan Altima.

I received a new GMC SUV for my Birthday. I read about how key fobs can be scanned and duplicated. I couldn't find a blocker that I really liked. My fob is on the same ring as my door keys. I park in front of my apt and it hangs in the door lock, right there at close range. I wanted something simple and flexible. Then I saw this one, it was perfect. I was leery about buying it because it only had a total of two reviews. I have prime and it offered free returns, so I took a chance. So glad I did, it works perfectly. I just got it, but so far so good. If that changes, I will add an update.
