Got to say, I was skeptical because of the price. I replaced one that cost 3-4 time as much. The reviews were too good to not give it a try. Many reviewers spoke of the great customer service. One reviewer mentioned the spray head could use more pressure and left the Fapully CS email address to get a video to kick it up a notch. Apparently it is turned down to protect the LED mechanism. Immediately after ordering (next morning delivery) I wrote Fapully for the video. My email was immediately replied to. Fapully sent me an alternate head, for free, that arrived the next day. 1. The customer service from this company is phenomenal. Not just how fast they are, or even how helpful they are. But in each email they make it a point to say "do not worry" - "we will take care of all your needs" etc. This company wants your business, and is willing to earn it. 2. The unit is gorgeous. Nothing cheap about it. The [plumber was amazed when I told him what I paid. 3. It doesn't even need the optional head. I live in California and left the resrictor, the spray head works really well as is. The pot filler is like a garden hose. Really happy customer!

This faucet is very sleek looking, was easy to install and has held up well after one years use. There are 2 things I wish I could change about it: 1: the length of the actual spigot itself. The faucet is countertop mounted at the standard distance but the spigot only extends about 2 or maybe 3 inches into the sink bowl. This makes filling pots difficult and necessitates using the goose neck sprayer. 2: the goose neck sprayer only has a “spray” option. I wish it could just be a steady flow option as well. Overall happy with the faucet and would recommend it.

This review is long overdue.... (my sincerest apologies for that). I am actually writing on behalf of both me and my wife, and my folks. It was my folks who originally purchased (2) of these Fapully commercial, pull down sprayer with LED light and pot filler faucets (one for them, and one as a gift for myself and my wife). Yet, because of COVID, this has been the first time in quite some time that I've been able to visit my folks, and thus (with their permission, of course) have physical access to their account to say a huge thank you to Fapully and their representative, Candy, for such care in their product and for their customers. Our faucets have performed beautifully! The install was simple, the faucet's performance flawless, and the sheer beauty/look of the faucet an eye catcher, for sure! My dad (an architect) and my mom (an interior designer) appreciate well made products with a great look! Fapully has both, and then some! This is simply - a sexy faucet... a piece of art and a centerpiece to both our kitchens! My folks had no issue with install..... so easy... just a few minutes. But, because of our kitchen's design....and, our newly custom-ordered sink and countertops, we had very limited space with which to fully secure the faucet (or any faucet) from below and against the quartz countertops - this, was in no way a flaw by Fapully. So, I wrote an email to Fapully asking if they had any suggestions. I was immediately met with a response from their representative, Candy. Candy was right there at the end of those email exchanges to help me. She was so pleasant and provided an alternative to secure the faucet head. She sent the part within a matter of days! It could not have been more perfect! Total success! It was a little over a year later that we ran into a design flaw with the LED light (the LED light simply stopped working). There was absolutely no problem with the water flow... just the LED light. I emailed Candy, expecting I would just purchase a new faucet head. Again...Candy was right there to answer my email! She shared the design of this faucet's LED light had since changed, and she sent out (2) replacement LED faucet light heads - one for me, and one for my folks!! I offered to pay for it....she declined.... she took care of everything! I have never experienced such generosity. Candy and I have since become friends. Her beautiful messages and her genuine concern for us (and we for her) during this pandemic was always first and foremost. She has always taken care of us....both in a simple human sense as well as a customer. I can't speak highly enough about Fapully and we will buy from them again and again. My folks, too, have been deeply impressed by their attentiveness and generosity. So.....I thank Fapully on behalf of myself, my wife, and my folks for such incredible dedication to great products and even better customer service. My friendship with Candy such a wonderful bonus. Candy..... thank you always, my friend! Fapully... thank you! You have customers (our family) for life! Since then, I have stayed in touch with Fapully - with Candy. I love their products, and more than anything, I love the care they take to ensure their customers are happy! This has been an incredible experience and our exchanges the highlight of my day. It is rare in this day and age when a company cares so much and goes the extra mile as Fapullly has (as Candy has). Again.....our deepest thanks! Take care and continue to stay safe and healthy! We bought this a year ago after much research when our previous faucet was starting to fail due to oxidation / rust. The design of this faucet is elegant and it is all we ever needed in a kitchen faucet / sprayer / filler / washer / etc. The controls are a bit different than what we were used to, but once we got used to it it is second nature. We got the version without the bells and whistles (electronics) because we don't need them. We believe that the simpler the design the more reliable it will be and the fewer things can go wrong. So far we are happy with it and have found it much easier to use and likely to last longer than the more conventional designs owing to fewer moving / rubbing / sticking / sliding parts.

You can stop hunting. You've found the perfect faucet. I had no idea it was possible to adore a faucet, but here we are. We've had it about 6 weeks and all four of us (including 2 teenagers) still say out loud, "I love this thing!" at least once a day. Every aspect of it is engineered remarkably. All parts are obviously high quality and will last. The sprayer has great pressure and cleans even sticky/crusty stuff amazingly well. It swivels smoothly to get out of the way, making it easy to dump and clean large pots. I'd feel silly about the love I have for this thing, but it's just truly that great.
