Great couch
Color: Light Gray
Love the couch. Seems well put together and it was very easy to assemble. Cushions are firm but comfortable. I’m not sure how well it will stand the test of time with kids but I’m happy with the purchase and I got it on Black Friday so it’s even better. The bed easily rolls out and pulls out which makes it really functional.

Yes! This is worth it!
Color: Light Gray
I am astonished how good this couch is! To be honest-when my husband said he bought a couch off Amazon-my first thought was “how will we return a couch?” Not needed! We bought this for our loft area upstairs and it is WONDERFUL! It is very firm right now but I know with time it will get softer. But even firm it’s pretty amazing! We leave it pulled out so my kids can lay on it to watch shows. Absolutely great purchase! This would also be a great option for a small apartment. Love the pull down cushion with table and cup holders!

Assembly takes time but proves to be relatively simple - after 2 hours.
Color: Light Gray
Some praised as “firm” while others “soft.” We prefer soft but since we don't entertain often decided price was worth it even if it doesn't soften over time. With patience assembly is not difficult but takes time. “Light gray” is as pictured. We appreciate the drop-down table, with cup holders and charging ports. One customer praised it for its “deep side pockets” but might have been praising a different sofa since we haven’t found any yet. Not easy to snuggle up to read a book but overall affordable, attractive and perfect for a small space with short periods for company.

The best sofa ever!
Color: Light Gray
I’m very happy with this sofa! The quality exceeded my expectations for the price. It’s comfortable, supportive, and looks even better in person than in the photos. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take much time. The fabric feels durable and easy to clean, and the color is exactly as pictured. It fits perfectly in my living space and instantly made the room feel more put together.

Quality product, very stiff cushions, slightly uncomfortable
Color: Light Gray
Came in three large boxes, slightly damaged during shipping but no damage to product. Fabric is soft, bottom cushions are very stiff. Pillows and back rests are soft. Assembly was easy. Took about an hour to unbox and assemble. Some small pulls in fabric here and there and the seams for the side pieces seen to be pulling apart. Very small imperfections just being 100% honest. The couch sits high and you feel slightly tilted forward on the section without the chase. Once you pop up the ottoman up it is very comfortable to lounge on. I'll update the review after a few weeks of use. 9.11.24 UPDATE Couch is very small width wise. I'm 5'9 189 pounds and laying down on it normally, it feels like I'm going to fall off. The chase is very short and my feet almost hang off the end when sitting normally. I wouldn't buy this for an everyday, all the time use. If you are looking for an occasional use, place for guests to sleep, this is probably an OK option. Also, the usb and usb-c ports are terrible. I plugged my USB - C cord into it then into my phone and it said check your cable because there might be a problem. Tried another cable, same thing, barely charges the phone. The USB slot is the same way, barely charges the phone.

Don’t waste your money like we did!
Color: Dark Gray
The first day or so the pull out part worked great but now it gets stuck. It’s very hard for me to pull it out and even my husband has trouble. The couch itself is stiff. I wouldn’t recommend this couch to anyone. I feel as though I have wasted over $700 and Amazon was of no help because they wanted us to take it back apart and box it up(boxes are not useable anymore). They didn’t offer any kind of refund not even a partial refund so horrible experience all the way around. Waste of money.
