My daughter loves this scooter! she only got to ride it a few times before it started to rain then a snow storm came. I also got to enjoy it, once you kick it off to 3 miles and hit the throttle it takes off a nice little speed. It has a little bell on it which is cute the colors reflect off the ground and the speakers for using the bluetooth is loud and clear. We are on our 2nd of these scooters and both have ended up with fatal errors despite correct usage. With the first, we got about 2 weeks of use before it died. The second lasted about 6 months, but ended up with the same fatal error in the end. Per the instructions, the scooter must be kept plugged in and charging constantly when not in use. We did that and only used the scooter as directed, but still ended up with a dead scooter that will no longer charge. It was a great scooter while it lasted, but was ultimately a waste. Got this for my 9 year old for Christmas. I read so many reviews to try to figure out which one to buy. We were looking for one that goes fast enough but not too fast. This one is it! There is a speedometer on the handle so my son knows how fast he is going. There are two ways to brake. We haven’t used the Bluetooth option yet, as it’s cold where we live. The lights are fun! Very easy to put together! Battery lasts and the charge info is also on the handle so you know how long (much time or distance)before it needs to be charged. ... show more

I bought two- one for each monkey-, and they’re generally great. The kids love them insofar as they’re fast and sturdy, but one (real) problem is that the battery on one doesn’t last nearly as long as the other. My daughter ends up having to go manual while her brother can continue on for up to 30 minutes. Since this is a nonstarter, they both end up having to put them away out of fairness. This scooter only worked once, it has been properly charged and I followed all of the instructions. It now displays an E0 code and does not hold a charge. I have left it unplugged for days and then charged it for days and it makes no difference. They sent me a new one that has been working so far. They also refunded my money. We got this for our 8 year old daughter. It's pretty sturdy so far. She had experience with out scooters but this was her first real electric scooter. It's been easy for her to learn the controls. I love that we can set the max speed until she gets more comfortable. Great Christmas present!
