Got this for my 9 year old for Christmas. I read so many reviews to try to figure out which one to buy. We were looking for one that goes fast enough but not too fast. This one is it! There is a speedometer on the handle so my son knows how fast he is going. There are two ways to brake. We haven’t used the Bluetooth option yet, as it’s cold where we live. The lights are fun! My daughter loves this scooter! she only got to ride it a few times before it started to rain then a snow storm came. I also got to enjoy it, once you kick it off to 3 miles and hit the throttle it takes off a nice little speed. It has a little bell on it which is cute the colors reflect off the ground and the speakers for using the bluetooth is loud and clear. Our scooter was not charging properly when we first got it. It was taking too long and not holding charge long enough. The company was nice enough to send us a new charger and now my son is riding with no problems. Great customer service and a nice scooter for the price!

We got this for our 8 year old daughter. It's pretty sturdy so far. She had experience with out scooters but this was her first real electric scooter. It's been easy for her to learn the controls. I love that we can set the max speed until she gets more comfortable. Great Christmas present!

So disappointed in this scooter. The scooter took almost two days to fully charge. Thought it was just the initial charge. My son used it for 30 mins and it was down to 1 bar. Took another day and a half to fully charge. Not worth it.

Scooter is decent, it was described correctly. My 7yr old son is happy with it. It’s safe for kids. Only flaw is that the battery doesn’t last too long, and it is not fast or powerful. It struggles going up hills. Also it is a twist throttle, which isn’t horrible but I feel a thumb throttle would make more sense for kids…but I guess since it’s not fast it doesn’t matter much. Overall it works as it should, just doesn’t check all the boxes but that’s ok. ... show more

I didn't know what to expect with this electric scooter, as I got it speculatively for a christmas present, but it was a huge success. It comes already assembled with the exception of the handle bar. That was easy to put on as you just use a hex wrench to screw it in place. Once assembled it charges via USB-C which we have plenty of in the house. We used a 60W charger which is said to fully charge in 3 hours and it did charge pretty quickly. Operation of the scooter is simple, and it was easy to explain to a child how it works. There are 3 speed modes which you can set using the power mode to limit the upper speed of the motor-assist. I liked that. It comes with a bluetooth speaker and LED lighting which was very popular with the users. This is an assisted start electric scooter so the motor won't activate unless the scooter is already up to speed. This is great for kids as it requires them to put some effort into it and you won't have them accidentally go from a full stop to a start inside the garage/house/where-ever. There needs to be intent behind using it which is a good quality. Operation of the scooter itself is easy to grasp, and the breaks work nicely and are easy to use including the back step on break. I usually dislike rear step on breaks due to difficulty in using them but this one works flawlessly. My only complaint so far is that the speedometer reads in KM/H and I can't figure out how to change it to miles. It may be in the instructions somewhere but I did not see it.
