The chair arrived broken. The tilt mechanism doesn't work. It may hold 400lbs but if you're plus size the arm rests don't adjust and hit your sides. Reached out to customer support and got no response. Went to the website and it links to a dead Walmart page. Do not buy. Waste of money.

I like how thick the seat cousin is but there is no tension adjustment for the chair back. Its too light and if I lean back at all I just about fall backwards. There is no way to adjust the tension to provide back support unless you lock the chair and then you cant lean back unless you unlock it. Need to add a spring with a tension adjustment knob like almost very other chair on the market. ... show more
