I purchased this teapot, cups and saucers as a gift for my Mother's 80th birthday. In spite of the great packaging, the first shipment arrived with broken pieces. A replacement was sent almost immediately but unfortunately, I had the same issues. Because of the timing I couldn't afford to chance another broken shipment so I had to go a different route. Spouse has a tea party in the near future. We adore the color of the set, but did not expect to have breakage inside the box. A saucer was broken in pieces. The box did not appear to be damaged but the inside of the box had broken Styrofoam where the saucers were stored for shipping.

I received the tea set in the floral blue as a Christmas gift. All the pieces were lovely and exactly as described, except the spout on the teapot that had been broken during shipping, (I assume). You have to email the company directly for a replacement instead of going through Amazon, but it was easy. A single replacement teapot quickly arrived in perfect condition. Costumer service was great, and I will order with them again in the future. (I included pictures of initial packaging, the broken tea pot, the new replacement teapot, and one of the tea cups.) ... show more

I ordered this set twice, firstly when I get my delivery I saw 5 cups and 2plates are broken .Than I send a request for replacement.Fast delivery but in the 2nd set all cups are broken 😞 😞😞😞 .I was so excited for this cup set but it makes me disappointed 😢
