I always perm my hair at home. With No Base Formula being the original formula its harder to find in this strength therefore I must purchase it at any price. Revlon is the best brand for me. I will continue to buy at this price until I find a better price.

My hair is not colored and I left it on for 10 minutes. It left my hair extremely dry and not conditioned at all. As far as it relaxing my hair it was unsatisfactory as well.
