Only my second day with this item but it works grewat. Nice resistance and easy to use. I know this will help with my exercise routine. Very sturty with a quailty build. I think it will hold up a long time.

I kept seeing videos of people doing the challenges on these so I wanted to try it myself thinking how hard could it be. Plus it looked like a good way to get a good shoulder workout. Well I made it all the way to level 20 for reps on this without too much issue. It’s definitely a good workout and it’s mostly shoulder, flipped feels more like chest, but still shoulder. Overall Not bad to get a workout in if you can’t hit the gym, I was hoping though that I couldn’t do level 20 and i’d have to build strength up to it, but that isn’t the case. I do thread a lot of gas pipe and wrench alot so It’s possible that I just have that strength already built up. Anyways for the average person you definitely could build strength using this consistently

I changed my review to 5 stars. It is a great product the first one I received had a flaw. It had a little click motion at the spread position and then started leaking. I thought I was going to have an issue getting a replacement but the flaw seemed to be during the prime days on the 10/11. The new one is perfect. No catch and no leaks. Great for a change up from pushups.

A buddy of mine had one of these at his home. And I thought it was a good product so I bought one and it is really good. The resistance is great for those days. When you don't have time for a full workout. It really helps out and maintains your tone. Reminds me of the old bullworker. But a lot more convenient to use. It's worth the money

I was not sure what I would get when I ordered this. Being a powerlifter, I use very heavy weight and these types of devices usually do not have enough resistance for my larger muscles so I assumed I would just be using it for shoulders. I was wrong! It has a very high amount of resistance and I have been able to get a pump on my chest and lat muscles. In addition to the obvious exercises like pec flies, I have found ways to use it to do (all one-arm simulating dumbells) bench press, rowing, tricep presses, bicep curls, and even abs. I get a really good pump. I go to a gym every couple of weeks and find that I lose no strength working out with this device instead of weights and weight machines. In addition to using it at home, I will definitely have this be my trusty travel gym!

1. The oily residue started to leak after a few weeks of use. The drips turned into a constant stream within 3 months of occasional use. 2. The bolts and nuts do not have proper washers to prevent loosening. Since repetitive motion is what this device it meant for, this causes the nuts to go loose after a few uses. Generally a poor design with misaligned plastic details here and there. It rests in my garbage bin. I won't be buying a similar "hydraulic" product from others either because they all appear to be the same product sold under a different name.

So I really enjoyed using this piece of equipment but unfortunately it leaks oil constantly. It has stained my sheets when I layed it down briefly. It is heavy duty and solid but the leaking oil is a deal breaker. UPDATE so I was never contacted by the company but Amazon quickly sent another one when I requested an exchange. The new unit is leak free so far and working well.
