I ordered 3 sets and all 3 had a broken teacup. Thankfully amazon customer service helped me with the returns. These sets are beautiful but they were not packaged right leading to damage. I will try to order again in hopes that they will not arrive broken again.

The items are beautiful but broken. My first delivery came broken so I returned and purchased a second one hoping for the best. The second box that came was worse than the first. Even more shattered glass. I'm so disappointed.

This set is beautiful and my daughter loves it. The only problem is her first set arrived and some of the pieces were damaged. We returned it and got a replacement and even more of those pieces were damaged. I tried to return this one as well but Amazon wouldn’t just let me return it to Kohl’s for some reason so now I have to contact the company to ask for replacements pieces, etc. adding to my frustration that her birthday gift is still an incomplete set.
