UPDATE: I was wrong, there was contact information for them in the box. I found it after I left my review. I contacted them and they got back to me right away and immediately shipped out replacements for the pieces I wasn't happy with. GREAT customer service!!! This tea set is so beautiful. I would have really loved it if it hadn't come broken. I tried to find someone to reach out to to replace the broken cups, but there is nowhere to reach out to the seller. Amazon wants me to return the whole set, but I do not have a car and do not have a way to return it. What a bummer. ... show more

Although you said later in the product review it didn't come with the stand, I find it confusing because of the main product picture containing it displaying the merchandise and being in multiple photos. Would have loved a label directly saying "no metal stand" on the photo!
