I've been using this shampoo and its conditioner for the last 2 years and it has definitely improved my hair. I didn't notice this at first until I run out of the first bottle and went back to my old shampoo, my hair got difficult again, I then went back to this one (took me a while to find it because the first time I bought it from my hair dresser who moved out of state) and evrn tho I've tried some fancy ones along the way this is one is way superior. The price on Amazon is great! I will repurchase this and recommend it to all! Do your homework, hyaluronic acid and keratin are indeed wonderful for skin and hair, however these most important ingredients are far down on the ingredient list. Alcohol and a zillion other ingredients that are not evident are in this product. I happen to like the smell, however it is strong. If you are sensitive to fragrances you might want to think twice. In this case you get what you pay for. It is a huge bottle. I have very long fine hair. I must take very very good care of it to keep it healthy at this length. I should though this and the companion conditioner away. I am too cheap, so I alternate washing my hair with this and a product that has been tired and true to be very good Davines - All of their products are good, you can't go wrong. If you have very short hair, maybe this is an alternative. With short hair this bottle may last you 6-9 months :-). ... show more
