So far I'm mostly happy with it. I've just used K cup pods, not grounds. It works seamlessly and surprisingly fast. The one thing that's a little frustrating is the design doesn't make it easy to clean the area where the capsule holder goes. It always fills with coffee and there is a little spout where coffee tends to get stuck but is super difficult to clean. What it could benefit from is a small brush to clean the spout. I improvised and I'm using a tiny brush that came with a grooming product (that I never used for any other purpose). But it will be a bit of a pain to do this every time. It's not as simple as 'removing the removable parts and cleaning them' as the instructions lead you to believe. Also keep in mind the height: it really only fits a tumbler about six and a half inches tall or less. One final note: The filter for grounds has a lid attached by a very flimsy plastic hinge that I expect to break at some point.

This is a simple coffee maker for your everyday needs. It's nice not to have to brew an entire pot of coffee when you simply only want one cup. I like the fact that it holds only the amount of water needed for the desired cup of coffee you want to drink. That makes it easier to clean and to manage. It brews fairly quickly which comes in handy when you're on a time crunch.

This little pod coffee machine is just the bomb! It worked beautifully straight out of the box,has a VERY small footprint on my counter,which I very much appreciate since I have very little counterpart anyway, and makes a great cuppa. I could wish for it to brew a bit slower,allowing the water to really infuse the coffee for more flavor,but the quickness of this is one of the perks. The flavor is one of the sacrifices of a quick brew. Ill just use my French press when I'm not in a hurry. All in all,a satisfied buy.

I ordered this white coffee maker at the same time as my white coffee grinder and coffee bar. I ordered this particular one for it's color, size, ground or pod brew and cold brew, all being the options I was looking for. I love a "hot" fresh brewed cup of coffee and I'm grinding my coffee beans because I want to quit using plastic coffee pods. I am disappointed in that my coffee doesn't brew hot enough so I have to put it in the microwave right after brewing. Also it drips into the drip pan for a while after removing my cup. So, I'm embarrassed (when I offer coffee to my guests) to have to put my coffee in the microwave and clean up the mess it makes, otherwise, I would give it 5 stars and brag about my new coffee bar, coffee grinder and coffee maker that I purchased at the same time. I did try brewing my coffee on the cold coffee option as it says it brews hotter but longer. I got the same results. I want to return this coffee maker but I don't know how long I'll have to be without a coffee maker.

I am happy with this new coffee pot. The size is perfect for my lack of counter space. The ability to use pods or the coffee I prefer which I grind the beans. Also makes iced coffee which I also like & use. It will brew a regular cup when you push the brew button or a darker stronger cup if you push the iced coffee button which is a real plus in my house. This is just as good as the expensive small pots but at a much more affordable price. I put 4 star because pouring water into it requires a small pitcher. I poured water onto the counter when I used my coffee cup as space is small.
