I am really excited for this dish set and finally having cute dinnerware. Unfortunately one of the large plates did arrive broken. There wasn’t any visible damage to the outside of the package so that was disappointing. *edit. I was able to contact the customer service team and they are sending a replacement dish for the one that broke in shipping. The dishes are very cute and the customer service team was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend these if you want something chic and a good price.

I bought these to replace some old Corian plates which were in dreadful shape. I love the stacking style of these and the multi-colour flecks against the white ceramic of this set is joyful. They are exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately one of the plates was badly chipped when I opened the packaging, and I have already broken one. I really wanted a service for one or two, so it's fine because I still have many left. I contacted the company and they offered to replace everything right away but I opted to just keep them. I have never found this type of ceramic plate to be super sturdy, so it's one of the trade-offs of having beautiful plates. I hand wash all of them too, something I recommend to help them last longer. I will likely buy more from this company in the future.

obsessed with these plates. such a beautiful set with the white base and the very light speckling. I love the lip on the plates and the nice shape of the bowls. the wash beautifully and easily. I have not had any issues with chips using the set for 2 months now

Just about three weeks later, after messaging with the company, I have received a replacement for the broken dinner plate. Good customer service. Original Review: I'm so disappointed! While the dishes are beautiful, one arrived badly chipped. I'm hoping to hear from the company very soon, or else four orders are going back to be returned.
