It's very easy to put together, sturdy and all around pretty nice. Those are the Pros. Cons, it's a little smaller than I expected even though I read the dimensions, the depth of the cushion is a little shorter than I am used to. It is firm, for sitting it should be fine. I slept on it last night and it was a little TOO firm for me. But we bought it because it was inexpensive and have a dog who is still in puppy mode so we didn't want to spend a lot yet. I am hoping it's durable enough tor get us through the puppy stage and maybe upgrade to something a little fancier in the future. We got the grey and its very attractive. ... show more

I needed a sofa for my work-from-home room, which also doubles as a guest room. This is long enough to take a quick power snooze, but it’s not so big that it dominates the room. Also folds down for a firm-but -comfortable guest bed. It is very sturdy and seems to be well-built. The faux leather has a beautifully textured matte finish—pretty close to the real thing. It’s “Cute”, I call it my Barbie Doll couch! It’s very small and I would not recommend for anyone over 5’5”, especially guys. Great sofa for an office and it was easy to assemble. The only negative feedback I have is it’s very hard/stiff and low to the ground. It works great for an emergency bed. It’s perfect for my dog to lay on to sleep while watching me work.

This futon is absolutely the best one i’ve ever came across! I really struggled to find one that fit my qualifications (brown leather, armrests, futon, extra long), and this one really hit the nail. It is so comfortable, I originally was a little scared bc there was only 3 or 4 reviews, but I can say it’s perfect for me and hopefully for you too! It’s so soft not hard at all.
