Everything was packaged nicely, and came with nothing broken or missing. The feel is nice in the hands, especially the clippers, they have nice weight, but not heavy. Both clippers, and trimmers were fully charged. Proceeded to cut my hair...clippers did an amazing job, no pulling, and they cut smoothly and evenly. Trimmers on the other hand...they underperformed in my opinion. The signature of the black man's haircut is the line-up, and these didn't seem to be sharp enough to give that desired crispness. Or maybe it's my ignorance with the product (I'm not a professional barber) in some capacity. Hence the 3 stars. Decent product nonetheless, especially for the price. Update: After doing further research, I found that the clippers and trimmers come from the manufacturer with the blades adjusted to a standard setting (safety measures I presume). You can readjust the blades to a "zero gap" setting, which will give you a crisper cut. This is my newbie mistake, which causes me to change my rating to five stars.

I’m no barber but I like the convenience of cutting my own hair when I want. I have clippers with the cord and wanted to try these. Not only are they beautiful looking clippers and trimmers but they aren’t cheap and flimsy. I like the fact that they have some weight when you hold them and it’s not excessive they just remind you of a time when things were made to last. The battery life is on point and you get a precision cut. I will say for those who like a very short buzz cut like myself the clipper is very sharp so be careful but the guards are available. For the quality and all you get with the kit this was a bargain. As far as the noise level these aren’t bad. So far I don’t regret my purchase.

First off, the product performs well. Very well, It’s is very easy to use right out the gate. Extremely portable and powerful which is a rare combination for clippers. However, they achieved this. Now in regards to customer service, that is where they are head and shoulders above the rest. After using it a bit the large clipper sounded off, it was not lining up correctly. I reached out to the company via email. They asked me to send a video demonstrating the issue. Once I did the next day, I received a new unit and it is working like a dream. The clippers are great but the customer service is stellar! You won’t be disappointed.

I have been cutting my hair for over 20 years now. I have used different name brand hair clippers, and these are by far the best clippers I have ever owned. They are quiet, cordless, adjustable, long battery life, portable, and well worth the money. I highly recommend this product.

These are so worth the money! It is so easy to use and it is a smooth cut. I had recently broke my old set and I needed a new set and here I found these. Fadeking is usually way more expensive than I had purchased them for and they are well worth the money spent. I like them because not all hair clippers are created equally. These work well on course hair as well

For the price I paid for this, it’s a good value. It’s a backup to my BabyLiss. That being said, of course it’s not the same quality of cutting as the BabyLiss but what you get—which is the trimmer and the clippers and the kit. It’s great if you need a budget clipper. I’ve only had it for a few days and it works fine and I got everything advertised. It came quickly as well. I’m a hair stylist and I like to try out different clippers. It’s a good backup for me. It actually resembles my BaByLiss SilverFX in appearance. I like the gold appearance. You can do a decent fade with it and you can move the lever positions. So overall for the $50 I paid for it, it’s good.

*****Seller reached out after my initial review and walked me through the specific issues i had with the clippers. They offered to send a replacement which exceeded my expectations. The new set are very sharp and their customer service was fantastic and very responsive. I really appreciate a company that stands behind their products. My son's haircut was done in half the time. The clippers in general are very sturdy and quiet, much like the first pair, but the precision in the cut is noticeably better, we are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend these. Compared to what you would typically find in the stores, these are very smooth and quiet, especially if you have kids that complain about loud or hot clippers! This led to a fuss free haircut. ***old review** high hopes but these barely cut. I have a 7 year old with soft curly hair, biracial. It took forever. I had to go over the same spots so many times. The little trimmer? Pointless. His fade looked nice after but it was very frustrating because it took so long. At one point, trying to straighten his hairline with both trimmer and clippers, I was not expecting a barber style result but my old drugstore clippers that cost less did a better job.
