Easy assembly, I simply had to attach the light, front wheel, handlebars and kickstand. Tip make sure you really tighten the handlebars to avoid slip on the road. Welding is durable and complete, while some welds aren't gorgeous the strength is there. You're not going to get a better E-bike at this price point. Simply a great value. After unlocking the bike can comfortable throttle into the 40s (makes you appreciate the hydraulic breaks and upgraded shocks) allowing you to comfortably ride with traffic on typical roads. Honestly, this is as much power and speed as you will ever want to place on a bike frame, if this was any faster I would need to remove the pedals and start considering it a motorcycle. The pedal assist is nice as well, good to keep those legs moving. Everything works, had a bit of trouble with the connector pin for the front light, but not a real issue. Further support is great, they respond within 24 hours and will help you unlock full speed should you desire

People, OMG! This bike is the CADILLAC of E-bikes!!! It has turned so many heads & people are always stopping me asking me about it with an amazed look on their face as to how cool this bike is. It’s fast its ride is awesome (it honestly feels like you’re riding in a Cadillac, I’m not kidding). The customer service is awesome. They are polite, friendly quick to answer any questions and very knowledgeable to any problems you might have which won’t be any. I’m sure, I want to order another one, mine is black. The new E-bike arrived quick! It was easy to assemble in just a few minutes. As a gift for my teen I’m happy. This e-bike is great! It’s a bit larger than I expected (in a good way) seems well constructed like that the frame itself is very sturdy/beefy. I like how the battery locks and the NFC + a spare set of each - nice! Handlebar position and control layout, the seating, etc is comfortable for an adult (6’3” here) or teen. I dig the fat tires too, they’re like, real wide. All the specs on range/speed seem to match as described, it’s performing great (as of the first 50 miles). I even hopped on it for a test a it shot my big ass up right up a neighborhood hill in no time! Customers service (email in the user manual) was very responsive the same day with the 1 question we had on the e-bike and promptly provided the extra directions 😉 we needed. So far seems like a great value for the price we paid, if it keeps performing as it is now we’ll probably buy another in the future.

Great bike, can’t find a bike with this kind of speed and power for cheaper. Definitely feels sturdy, looks great, soft feeling suspension. I haven’t been able to get it up to 40mph yet but it feels fast. I’m 6ft tall peddling is a little tough if you’re my height, but I don’t plan on peddling much with this bike. Customer service was excellent, they responded quickly about taking off the speed lock. Can’t beat this bike for the price

Im updating this because intial reaction was great to thos product. Then it changed after the second day the tire went flat.The reason I purchased was they advertised that the tubes were puncture resistant theyre not.i replaced it myself and was reimbursed the price under warranty. It went flat again. I replaced it again.now its the third time in 3 weeks the tire has went flat leaving me stranded at work. The customer service blamed me then said if I return it and they inspect it and find no fault I will have to eat the cost and ill still be left with no bike. It had been nothing but headaches with them. They lie about the tibes they lie about the speed. I would not recommend to anyone. Save your money go another route!!!!

Look nice but Didn't even reach 33, or stay their, dropped into 20s 28,2628.7, 23,21,25.9, nooo sir, wanna say 5⭐ if hit 35mph but no definitely no 40 'not even down hill 'sad'lbvs🙃😢 not near, hard earned $ don't deserve faulty specs! Or wrong item!

I love the bike! Just wish it went the 28mph its said it would still having fun riding it and getting to A and B when I need to.... my sister can't keep her hands off of it and is always trying to ride it. I recommend that anyone having the same thing with the speed then get an upgrade battery but nothing to crazy and make sure to do research on what battery's are okay to get for it but dont expect it to go faster than 30mph with a new battery maybe 25mph but over all of this bike recommend for anyone that is getting there first ebike.
