I'm no expert on e-bikes and this was the first one I've purchased, but being that it was a gift for my teenage son for Christmas, I researched the heck out of it and many others to make sure I was getting a safe, well made, and quality product. And that's exactly what I received. It arrived in plenty of time and was very well packed. There were some usual scuffs and scrapes on the box but the contents inside were unharmed and complete. It did arrive with some assembly needed, but it was straightforward and easy to understand with the included instructions. Upon receiving the bike, my son was beyond thrilled and he loves it. We bought him a helmet and he is on the thing every single day. My one issue, was that the kickstand broke (possibly a stress fracture???) and being that I wasn't there when it happened to see if it was my son's neglect or just a defect, I contacted the seller to see if I could purchase a new one. They thanked me for my purchase and offered to ship me a new one free of charge and I couldn't be more thankful. They have also followed up with me to let me know that the replacement parts hadn't arrived yet but when they did, they would send me one ASAP. That's excellent customer service, in my opinion. I have referred a few people to this exact bike and SIX of his friends have now purchased the same one based on our referral. If you're like me and spend countless hours researching your bigger purchases, then definitely consider this bike. Not only is it one of the cheaper priced bikes in it's category, but the quality and customer service make it one of the best purchases you can make. Easy assembly, I simply had to attach the light, front wheel, handlebars and kickstand. Tip make sure you really tighten the handlebars to avoid slip on the road. Welding is durable and complete, while some welds aren't gorgeous the strength is there. You're not going to get a better E-bike at this price point. Simply a great value. After unlocking the bike can comfortable throttle into the 40s (makes you appreciate the hydraulic breaks and upgraded shocks) allowing you to comfortably ride with traffic on typical roads. Honestly, this is as much power and speed as you will ever want to place on a bike frame, if this was any faster I would need to remove the pedals and start considering it a motorcycle. The pedal assist is nice as well, good to keep those legs moving. Everything works, had a bit of trouble with the connector pin for the front light, but not a real issue. Further support is great, they respond within 24 hours and will help you unlock full speed should you desire ... show more

Bike is awesome. One of the best you can get at this price point. It’s very powerful the only issue I had was the back brake got bumped a bit in shipping and I had to adjust it so it wasn’t rubbing other than that no issues and I have about 100 miles on it so far. Rides smooth and the battery life is great. Very sturdy frame and I am 6’1” and have no issues with the bikes size. ... show more

The bike is pretty easy to install. I read the review. Somebody had an issue where the brakes were rubbing against the tire. I basically had the same issue. I contacted the manufacturer which by the way they’re very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately I had to pay to get that fixed, and even after the fact, the bike has always made a squeaking noise and even the bike shop couldn’t fix that. I’m very disappointed because it’s an expensive. and even the bike shop couldn’t fix that. I’m very disappointed because it’s an expensive bike. I didn’t expect something brand new to make noise or for the brakes to be constantly touching the rotors that’s unacceptable. Also, I don’t think the speedometer is accurate. ... show more

Overall, this is a great bike! My son loves it! You will have to contact the company for speeds over 20mph. The assembly was easy, nothing overly complicated. I have contacted customer service and they have been easy to work with. So far, very happy with the purchase!

The new E-bike arrived quick! It was easy to assemble in just a few minutes. As a gift for my teen I’m happy. This e-bike is great! It’s a bit larger than I expected (in a good way) seems well constructed like that the frame itself is very sturdy/beefy. I like how the battery locks and the NFC + a spare set of each - nice! Handlebar position and control layout, the seating, etc is comfortable for an adult (6’3” here) or teen. I dig the fat tires too, they’re like, real wide. All the specs on range/speed seem to match as described, it’s performing great (as of the first 50 miles). I even hopped on it for a test a it shot my big ass up right up a neighborhood hill in no time! Customers service (email in the user manual) was very responsive the same day with the 1 question we had on the e-bike and promptly provided the extra directions 😉 we needed. So far seems like a great value for the price we paid, if it keeps performing as it is now we’ll probably buy another in the future. ... show more
