I'll try to keep this short and stick to the facts. I ordered this bike. A week or so it arrived. It was the wrong color. It took 6 days to get a return label because customer service only answers messages and emails in the middle of the night. Even if you go to the website they're listed phone hours are not correct. I tried calling multiple times during the listed hours and got a automated message saying something to the effect of"sorry but you called after hours" They said once they get confirmation it was sent back they'd send me the replacement. Then when I sent them proof they said I had to wait until it was returned to California. I told them to just cancel the order and then they said they ship it immediately. Got the bike today. Right color. Very poor quality latching system for the collapsible frame and handlebars. Specs listed are incorrect. It won't go 28mph down hill with the wind at your back. 25 is the best you get. It also doesn't have the torque listed. It struggles on hills that it wouldn't if the listed specs were accurate. I was going to just return it and get a better quality cheaper e bike but talking it apart and fitting it back into the box and waiting weeks for the bike to ship and get a refund isn't worth the effort. So now I have a $1000 rickety e bike that may try folding while riding. It's not a scam per say, but buyer beware. I got my wife an actbest bike. It's cheaper and better built.

The shipping took a little longer than I liked but this bike is worth every minute of the wait I have owned two other e-bikes in the last three years and they do not even come close to comparing to this beast it climbs hills like there not even there accelerates like a rocket i recommend this bike to bigger people I am 280 pounds and it rides like that don’t mean a thing to it very strong motor so far I have went 26 miles and have not even used a bar on the batterie yet I will update this review when the first charge is needed

This bike is really good got it 4 days ago had to put the seat and pole together , attach front wheel , put on pedals and that was almost it had to adjust breaks they where rubbing the disk to snug nothing a little youtub break adjustment could not handle and because of that video I also learned how to replace the breaks when . First things first the bike ride, took it out after the break adjustments drove for 11.8 miles was so lovely everything was on point gearshift , feel of the bike , all throttle was getting 23mph 28mps with PAS. 2nd day went for a 14.6 mile ride used PAS and throttle came back home only 1 battery usage bar was used out of 5 very impressive. Didn't do a 3rd day test but my 4th day test i unlocked my speed to class 3 and was getting 33mph impressed again. This is my first ebike I did alot of research looks like there is a lot of companies making the same style of bike all i can say is this one works and I got the bundle with the A2 as well but this F3 is the better buy I think for a little more money I'll do another review on the A2 with is very nice as well.

Let me tell you why I like this bike and then I’ll tell you why I gave it only four stars. My wife and I both had smaller e-bikes from another company. We decided to get some bikes that would be faster, and would go longer distances without emptying the battery. Aipas was highly recommended. In case you’re wondering, we ordered our bikes from Amazon on Thursday and mine came on Sunday. Today is Monday and my wife’s is coming today. The bike was larger than we had imagined it. it is advertised as weighing around 70 pounds… but back in the day when I was a roofer, I used to carry 70 pound packages of shingles up a ladder onto a roof on my shoulder. This bike cannot be just 70 pounds. But I’m not really complaining. It is a solid, quality machine. So I took it out for a spin this morning. It behaves like it knows what you want when you want it. I’m not planning to unlock the speed-limit potential. As is, the power of this bike is amazing. I’ve been on a motorcycle and have felt power, but this was very different. This is immediate, ruthless, and satisfying power. The pedal-assist was uncanny. For a little fun, when you first take your bike out for a ride, set the pedal assist at 5. Then start peddling… and hang on. So the reason I gave it four stars is because the kickstand is way too long. It cannot be used. I thought that maybe it was adjustable, but it was not. So last night I wrote to the company and I got this response today: “Dear customer, thank you for your letter. We apologize, but our side supports are not adjustable. You can try bending them outward forcefully to adjust the angle. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.” And yes, I had the tires inflated to the proper psi. I don’t understand this. But the discussion forums revealed that I’m not the only one with this problem. So my advice to you? Get the bike for sure… and then buy an adjustable kickstand.
