    • Product is junk and dangerous - do not purchase!

I purchased this item for a backyard party. The directions are horrible and the product is made of terrible material. Canopy was assembled the day of our event. There was no wind or rain. The tent collapsed in the middle of the canopy after only being up for 3 hrs. The canopy poles fell and injured one of our guests. We had to make a makeshift pole, using a metal plant pole and duct tape to keep it in place. Not only was it dangerous and we put our guests in harms way..it was such an embarrassment!! We returned the item and are now having difficulty getting a refund. Please, look for another tent for your event and save yourself the headache of dealing with this distributer. There are other items like this one out there. You may have to spend a little more, but you get what you pay for!! ... show more

    • Tape the joints to make it last

5 stars for the price. It's not heavy duty but if you tape the joined pole segments with clear packing tape, it will be far stronger and stiffer. When repacking, there's more than enough room in the original box if you fold in rectangles and telescope the poles. You can fit 3 poles in the space of one by putting them inside the largest diameter poles. ... show more

The tent was not sturdy at all! After a little rain the tent bent in half. The size is nice, but it does not hold up. Not worth the money we paid for it.

the canopy is ok if the weather is sunny, the velcro strips on the side panels did not hold up to any wind of 10 mph. The poles and ridge pole are made of very thin metal and easy to bend or break.

Set up is fairly simple. I did it alone, I recommend a helper to support the frame while lifting as it is extremely light tubing and could bend under its own weight. Some of the stitching on the Velcro strapping was pulling apart during first setup. Not sure if (doubtful)) it will hold up to strong winds. Over all though, it is what it says it is. Easy to put up. Very timely shipped. There was nothing to tie down the ropes to make the tent extra sturdy. We improvised. The tent did not hold up under a steady rain. One side fell under the weight. Overall, we were pleased with the tent considering the low price. You get what you pay for.

We purchased this tent for a dinner party we hosted in our backyard. It was the perfect and just what we needed. Easy to assemble ourselves and loved that we have the option to add the side panels if we needed. What I love is that it isn't too bulky to keep in storage either.
