So far we like the product compared to other brands we have tried. We have noticed a few things that are important notes to be aware of. 1. The plastic/rubber caps come off. However, I contacted customer support and they said I could lightly glue them on. Additionally, they are sending me replacements for the ones that came off and are lost. So I am pleased with their support. 2. The shock function is much stronger than the last brand we had. As much as it sucks to do, I recommend trying it on yourself with your hand before choosing the power setting to use on your dogs. The last brand we had we had to set it on 90+ to get our dogs attention and stop the behavior. This brand I set it on 15 for our Dalmatian with thin hair and no undercoat and then set it on 25-30 for our bigger dogs with thick hair. 3. Put the vibrate mode on the strongest setting as it seems to get the dogs attention and is very effective to stop the bad behavior. This is also stronger than the last brand we had. 4. The range is subjective. Most of the time the most effective range is within 50-75 yards. If there is nothing between you and your dog, and everything is fully charged the range is out farther. I used these to train two of my dogs and we still use them to this day. We dont use the shock part, just the beeps and vibrations and my dogs never leave the yard. Long battery life. Reflective band is great at night.

Fantastic Product, I have a dog who runs away to hunt, and a little dog who barks at my neighbor since the fence in our backyard is just open, so I bought the set of 3 making sure I would always have a spare charged for the runner. They work great, the 2 hour game she would play teasing me and staying close but not close enough is over. The company is amazing as well, I had an issue with just one of the collars that I didn't discover until after a month, and they easily worked with me and provided super quick support. The orange collar was dry rotted right out of the box. But I put it on the dog anyway hoping it wouldn't crack anymore, I'm not picky. A crack in a dog collar would've been fine. Nope. Completely dry rotted in about 2 hours of use. The remote is basically a small head unit in a 0.2lb plastic nothing of a case. Very cheap and does not hold a charge for more than 3 hours. The 3 receivers just work when they feel like it. And they don't hold a charge longer than a day. With chickens and a new litter of kittens (that I don't want the dogs to kill), what do you do when the dog is running full boar 20ft away from me, to the kitten. The barely heard beep doesn't phase him. The highest vibration setting (probably didn't go off) had zero effect. And by the time he's mauling the kitten, the shock doesn't even go off. And I know it didn't go off bc he'll yelp off it does..... the kitten is ok.... but the system is junk junk junk. I've tried all collars on all 3 dogs. All three collars are worthless. None of them hold a charge, none of them go off the command of the cheap remote. ... show more

**Update- company sent a replacement collar and Im okay with that outcome.** I bought this three pack for my dogs. I liked the convenience of one remote for all. The colors are vibrant and easy to determine which color belongs on which channel. The remote feels cheap, but works very well. It's easy to understand and quick to change channels for each dog. No complaints on the functionality of the remote. The BLACK collar has been on one of my males since it was initially charged. Holds a charge very well. And I like the reflective strip to help locate him at night. Thus far, I've only used the beep function. This is not our first time with training collars so nothing else has been needed. Yet. The ORANGE collar- I put this collar on my female couch potato pitty. It has been on her for maybe 36 hours. As you can see, the orange "coating" is cracked and peeling off. The reflective strip is peeled back from where I trimmed the excess. The coating on the orange collar feels completely different from the black collar. The YELLOW collar- I have not put this on any of my dogs yet. I'm worried about how the coating will hold up, since the yellow is for my younger male. The functionality of the training peice seems to work well. Again, I've only used the beep, but have successfully switched between each channel and see no issues. Overall, it does the job. I'm more upset that I new how to replace 3 flat collars at a minimum of $10 a peice since these flat collars are unacceptable. ... show more

I have a 75lb male Lab mix and a 60lb female Shepard mix that like to play...ruff! Ok thats the only pun here I promise. When I mean rough I'm talking running each other full force into fences, walls, people, ect. They will try to tear off each other's collars, chew on each other's heads, and sound like they are trying to kill one another. That is fine...at home. They never do any real damage to each other. The only issue is our town dog park. There is no way I'm letting my dogs get to wild with other people's dogs. These shock collars are the perfect training tool to tell my pups what is and is not allowed in public. I mostly use the beep and vibrate functions and reserve the shock for serious situations. Unfortunately with big dogs you never know how two might react to each other and these collars are a good way to help keep things under control when there are alot of dogs running around. My female recently started going after puppies. She has never harmed one but has probably caused some PTSD in a few poor little fur balls. She gets one warning vibrate before a shock because of scary she had been acting (vet said it was probably a phase and to work it out in training). I had been using an old set of collars that are almost exactly like these and they worked great but one got too damaged to function (I DID say they played rough!) which is why we bought this three pack. Now I can continue training with them and make sure they are the best fur babies they can be. Remember these collars are supposed to be TRAINING devices. Dogs don't magically have perfect behavior so you have to give lots of praise and treats while training to get a dog to rise to its potential. ... show more

This is the second time we have bought these collars for our dogs. My son misplaced the remote to the previous one. We live in a subdivision where just about every household has a dog. We like to let our dogs out front to play so we keep these on them. My favorite part about these collars is that our dogs know that once they hear that beep sound that a vibrate comes after. We don’t use the shock mode, I think that’s a bit cruel but the beep/vibrate alone keeps them in check while outside. I think we had to use the shock a couple times when our dogs have taken off after another dog. These collars are great. They have plenty of length so we measure each of our dogs necks and trim the remaining of the collar. Each collar has to be set to a number. Each dog has their own number. You simply scroll to the number of the dog on the remote and select beep/vibrate/shock. Each one has a level u can set for each dog. Obviously depending on how big/small your dog(s) are and what their able to feel. I highly recommend these collars! We love them ... show more
