Chair arrived well packaged assembly was easy everything worked until it did not owned less than 90 days. The seller contacted me to explain that there was an additional controller sent with the chair I found it and installed the alternate controller and it now has heat and massage but does not include the usb feature . I wrote to the seller before I bought the chair, to ask if the reddish brown was very red, or mostly brown. I didn't want it if it looked very red. They assured me that it is mostly brown and I could exchange it if I didn't like the color. That's the only thing that was holding me back from ordering it. I felt content after they wrote back to me so quickly and said that, so I ordered it. I put a picture with this, so if anyone else is wondering about the color, they can see for themselves. I thought it had the anti-gravity setting, but it didn't. I really needed that due to my legs and feet swelling. The chair itself is awesome, wider, comfortable, lays all the way down flat, which was a "must" for me (yay!). I also love the cup holders - they're big enough for my tall + wide iced tea drinking glasses. It seems to be very sturdy, and the cushioning is great! I read the measurements and it was supposed to be longer than that. And I used the message for about three weeks and then it stopped working! It was too loud when I used it!

First off, all these Chinese recliners are pretty much the same. I bought two different faux leather recliners and they were identical in every way. Pros: came fast easy to put together. cons: very small, I'm 5'10 and it feels like a kids recliner. The foot does not come up very far. heating is barely noticeable. The cushioning is very hard. THE BIG ONE, if you want to return it YOU are responsible for shipping costs back at what was going to cost me over $200 Save your money and get a better brand like ashley or lazyboy. ... show more

I bought 2 of the lay flat recliner lift chairs for my husband and brother to enjoy football ( a couple old guys need the lift lol) and one of the chairs had a defective remote, I contacted the company through a message on their Amazon store and 2 hrs later fed x was delivering a new remote ! I contacted the company and they spring into action sending me a new remote, and eventually an entire new chair-back.
