The media could not be loaded. The quality of the needles is what keeps me buying. The shaft/plunger bar is occasionally faulty and can jam--with a bad enough jam, it can damage a machine. The stability of the cartridge is mediocre. However, needle quality is fantastic and I like that the membrane isn't as stiff as other cartridges which makes for smoother lines. At the end of a day, a good artist can use any cartridge.... but we have our favorites. These needles are on my list of top 3 favorites and the only needles I will buy off of Amazon. ... show more
