OK, in all fairness, I had a previous windshield that used the exact same bolts that this one uses so I got to forgo that part of the install. Other than the two little bolts, my install was like anyone else's... super easy. It literally took less than 5 minutes and the temperature was below freezing at the time. A rubber mallet is useful when putting the side pieces on the bottom half of the windshield but certainly not required. The total fit was perfect. The windshield itself was packaged in a heavy box with a heavy duty peel-off protection sheet. Assembly parts were all there and secured. The unit itself is sturdy and pretty rigid with a hinge that is secured to the full length of the top and bottom pieces so I am expecting a good life from it. (The hinge always seems to be the first thing to go on these things.) I could not be more pleased. I will add that the included instructions almost useless with small pictures and very limited explanations. Just stop, study it for a few minutes and it will all come together. It's one case where reading the instructions may only confuse you. LOL Great buy! ... show more
