Excellent customer service and support!!!!
Size: D) 15" PRO 3.5" Receipt + Kitchen printers
Game-Changer for My Restaurant – Ezeetab Delivers Beyond Expectations! I rarely leave reviews, but the Ezeetab 15” POS System package deserves serious praise. As someone who runs a busy restaurant, I’ve gone through my share of overpriced and overly complicated systems. Ezeetab has been a total game-changer — affordable, reliable, and incredibly user-friendly. What I Love: Crystal-Clear 15” Touchscreen: Fast, responsive, and the perfect size for high-traffic environments. My staff picked it up instantly. Plug-and-Play Simplicity: Setup was unbelievably smooth. Everything you need is in the box — including 2 thermal receipt printers (for front-of-house and kitchen use) and a heavy-duty cash drawer. Tailored for Food & Beverage: Unlike generic systems, Ezeetab feels purpose-built for bars and restaurants. From table management to ticket printing, it just works. Dual Printer Setup: A game-changer. Orders go straight to the kitchen while receipts print for guests without delays or confusion. Solid Build: All components feel durable and professional. No flimsy parts here — this is equipment made to last. The Bottom Line: If you’re in the restaurant, café, bar, or food truck business and need a dependable all-in-one POS solution, this is it. No subscription traps. No nonsense. Just a fast, efficient system that keeps service flowing and customers happy. Highly recommended. Ezeetab paid for itself in the first few weeks. Customer service is amazing. They helped me and shipped me product on a 3 day weekend. Can’t beat that. ... show more

Reports
Size: D) 15" PRO 3.5" Receipt + Kitchen printers
Does not correctly report the individual items you sold in the end of day report. You get NO instructions on how to use this device. Want you to subscribe to a expensive yearly subscription to help you. A lot to pay when it's only used 4 weeks a year for a non-profit community program.

Amazing!
Size: D) 15" PRO 3.5" Receipt + Kitchen printers
I have a restaurant and it is simply amazing for the price. No subscription, no extra fee. I see some people say its not touch nor something they probably plugged something incorrectly. Other competitors have ridiculous prices and they want you to pay 2k plus a subscription 😒. They also have a extra feature for a few bucks a month that allows you to make orders using the phone as the computer! ... show more
