Bought this machine for our small convenience store. Pros: Great software and easy to use. Customer service is also excellent. There are basic datapoints that can be sent to the back office using FTP protocol included. It's all I need actually. Cons: Swiping from screen to screen isn't all that intuitive for beginners. I thought the phone app Retail360 would help to add items into the inventory easily but it isn't. I still add things from the POS. But the whole package is wonderful. Highly recommended

I can't see individual sales figures for things like lottery tickets, ScratchCraft, or cigarettes without a $269 monthly subscription fee. While this product advertises no hidden fees or forced subscriptions. Without a subscription, you can only perform simple tasks.

Finding a good POS system that actually lets you use your own payment processor is surprisingly hard these days. We already have great rates with our processor, but they only gave us a Pin Pad, which wasn’t gonna cut it. This system solved that problem, and so far, it’s been working great. One thing I really appreciate is the training they provide. We didn’t have to waste hours figuring things out on our own, saved us a ton of time and frustration. That said, I’m pretty sure we’re still not using all the features. Gotta make time to check out the mobile app at some point, but for now, everything is running smoothly. Big thanks to the team for making a solid product!
