This is being used for a car port. Tarp over support pipes. The tarp is about one foot short of purported size. Gromets are spread out about every 18 inches but not the same width from the seams. Had one rip out because it was only half connected to tarp. several other gromets are also close to seams and will probably pull out in high winds. Craftsmanship not too good. ... show more

I needed a tarp to cover my pontoon boat that would last for at least three years. This 16x30 tarp has proven to be the one. I live in New Jersey where it has been below freezing for almost three weeks with very high winds for almost the entire time. Winds of 20 to 50 mph and four days of snow of up to two to five inches each time. Because of the freezing temperatures the snow did not melt but accumalated on lthe cover and became quite heavy for an extended period. The cover held up very well and showed no signs of wear or ripping. It still white showing no dirt or stains.I am impressed. at least 10 of the grommets fell out when I opened the package so I would not buy this brand again Thought by spending a little more I would get top quality Had to use it anyway because I live in Washington and Rain so next time ??
