The media could not be loaded. Great little computer for everyday use. Was needing an new affordable option for office work with my business. This is a great option and has everything I need. It has functioned great so far, very happy with it. Screen quality is nice and bright, quick, and very responsive. Small enough to fit in my carryon or in my backpack, and not too heavy. Fit alk the programs needed with lots of space to spare. Battery stays charged forever, doesn't over heat, and setup was simple. Definitely recommend!!

My husband and I are seniors and we needed a laptop that basically checked off all the boxes. It’s very easy to set up. The speed and connecting to the Wi-Fi was effortless. Connecting our printer to this laptop, was far easier and faster than connecting it to our desktop computer! Comes preloaded with Microsoft apps! As for the battery life, we haven’t had the laptop long enough to comment, but we’re not worried about it. The way this laptop works, we’re pretty sure the battery life will not be an issue. This is a good quality laptop, very well made. The keyboard feels great. Everything works really fast and smooth. Beautiful picture quality, and sound when watching Netflix and Hallmark + on this laptop. Can’t say enough how happy we are with this purchase! We highly recommend this laptop!!! Trust, and believe you will love this purchase too!

The media could not be loaded. On the 1st day I received it (October 11 2025) , without downloading any apps , IT WAS SLOWWW !! Tried updating settings to make it faster but still no help. Left it alone for a few days because I really don’t want to return it because I need it but I Can’t do ANYTHING on it so I have to no choice but to return it , it’s useless ! Waste of money and now I can’t even connect it to my home internet

I wasn't really expecting much with this laptop. I expected a decent but perhaps slower computer that would fill my limited needs of surfing the web, email, youtube, etc. I was also a little leery of such an economical laptop. As they say, you get what you paid for. Well, so far, I have found this laptop to be more than adequate for my needs. A little more perky than I thought it would be. All the above work as expected. Plus I do word processing, spreadsheets, some ham radio digital programs and logging software. Have yet to run into a problem. The speaker output is not real good, but plug in a set of headphones and it's pretty hard to beat. So far, I am very happy with this laptop.
