Set up was a breeze. Worked insanely quick. Bought this in 1/21 to contain my 65 lb. Lab/Boxer mix on 5 acres. I buried the first section around the yard but once it went into the wooded section I just laid it on the ground. After walking him around with the leash he quickly learned what the little white flags meant. No more running into the neighbor's or dragging debris (aka chew toys) back to the house and littering the yard. Have even gone a couple months at a time without replacing the battery. The fence worked great in the beginning but my dog has been getting out lately. The fence beeps when close to the wire but doesn’t shock as hard as it used to so I turned it up to 4 from 1 and it still isn’t strong enough to stop him. I put a new battery in and even bought a new collar and still isn’t working like it used to. I have a tool coming in next week to see if the wire is broken but if it isn’t I don’t know what the problem could be. ... show more

I'm so disappointed! The collar buckle is broken after only a few weeks of use. These are NOT cheap systems, nor are the collars themselves, so I expected it to last much longer than this.

This product has worked great since we installed it 3 years ago. Recently, it quit working after a power surge (should have used a surge protector). Called customer service and was on the phone for less than 3 minutes. They are sending a new transmitter as the product was still under warrantee. No questions asked and no haste!
