Decent Si liner, cuts easily with scissors. Cleans easily for reuse. Edges will suck in oils [discolor], likely due to fiberglass core pores. Ditto for any nicks. Doesn't affect use.

My current house has unsealed wood countertops (long story), so I’ve been looking for a way to have a surface I can sanitize for kneading and rolling out dough. This was exactly that! Perfect size for my needs, has held up well so far. The built in measurements are very helpful. Only downsides, which can’t really be changed, are it can be hard to wash depending on the size of your sink - I wash it while it’s flat on the counter, then rinse at the sink and clothespin it up to air dry before storing. Due to the material, it will easily collect dust, etc, so is best stored in a cupboard or drawer which can be tricky, but it’s totally worth it to me. ... show more
