I purchased this toilet in January 2025. I've had it for three months and I love, love, love, this toilet. As a matter of fact, it's the best toilet that I've used in my entire life time. The toilet I purchased prior to this one was from another company and it arrived shattered in the box. This toilet arrived in perfect condition. It was packed perfectly in a sturdy box to keep it from getting broken. It may seem odd to discuss a toilet. But when you've experienced the perfect toilet, you have to speak about it. I am 5"10 & this toilet met my expectations. The seat is extra comfortable & large enough to fit my extra sized bottom. My feet no longer go to sleep and my knees no longer hurt, because of the extra height of this toilet. The only problem I had was to retighten the screws because the seat kept moving to the side. ( I'm not sure if it was the installers fault or, not) After I tighten the screws on the top of the bowl, I have had no more issues with this toilet. I am a very satisfied customer! This toilet is certainly worth the investment!

Carefully packaged, wonderful unit, great flushing with limited water. Terrific value, all the pieces were there for installation and the plumber was impressed. Only problem was that Amazon sent it out with another Last Mile shipper, without informing me. Found out when it wasn't delivered on the day the delivery was promised by Amazon, so had to reschedule the plumber; then, I heard from the contracted shipper, and they did deliver days after it had been promised by Amazon, they unloaded it an empty house with a similar address, but clearly the wrong address, as the address was clearly on the house, and left it on the porch which required some interesting work to get it picked up. Not the fault of the toilet; the problem was with delivery, although the eventual shipper did apologize for the error. I'd buy the toilet again, if I could guarantee delivery as promised via Amazon, not a contract shipper.

This is a great toilet at a great price. It's packed in styrofoam, so it arrives perfectly - even if the box gets a little banged up. The 21 inch height is great for my wife and I, as we both have had back surgeries. It comes with everything you need, and the directions are very clear. The video on here in the description shows installation too. I had no problems at all installing it. You may need a slightly longer connection from the water connect faucet (typically 3/8 inch in USA) to the toilet connection (it is a standard 7/8 inlet connect to the tank which is the typical tank connection in the USA). I bought a 20 inch line from Home Depot with 3/8 female to 7/8 female and it worked perfectly.

I bought and have been using them for months and while the height I nice, neither flushes well. Many times count on flushing two for #2. I should have bought from a store online that specializes in toilets and bidets (they exist) as opposed to trying to save a few bucks buying off Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. This toilet has been a disaster since installation. I am not sure if it is the design or what, but the chain that holds the flapper and handle came off after a couple of flushes. The company’s solution was to send me another chain to install myself. I did so but continue to have the same issue. Also, the tank and bowl barely fills. Overall, I would say this is poor quality for the money. The return window is up and I don’t know how I would return once installed.

I got this for my half bath because I am tall (5’10”), but it is really tall. Just be aware that it will take getting used to if you have a 16” high toilet like my old one was.
