Given that i did have to swap out the carb and move some stuff around but that was to be expected as this is a replacement not the original . Imo its better! Great running engine after leaning out the idle a bit. Gearcase was a little thicker and some minor trimming was needed. End result was perfect!

A friend gave me an old small dirt bike with a dead engine. I bought this 49cc 2-stroke as a replacement, and it feels like a completely different machine! Don't let the small displacement fool you—at 7000 RPM, the power delivery is猛, lifting the front wheel easily on takeoff, darting through the trails more agilely than bigger bikes. Installation went smoothly—the engine mounting holes基本 matched my frame, and the sprocket aligned properly with just minor chain adjustment. The pull start is smooth—usually 2-3 pulls when cold, and once warm, it starts on the first pull. What I'm most satisfied with is its lightweight design—the whole engine is very light, easy for one person to handle, and after installation, the bike's center of gravity is lower for better handling. The 2-stroke power delivery is direct—twist the throttle and it responds instantly with no lag. After two months of weekly trail riding, performance has been stable. With 50cc displacement and 7000 RPM, this little thing runs faster than I expected—hitting over 50 km/h on flat ground, handling corners like a fish. What surprised me most is its torque—climbing hills with ease, even carrying a lightweight adult up slopes. The carburetor adjusts easily—stable idle, no surging at high RPM. The 2-stroke sound is addictive—that rhythmic exhaust note that my son loves. Overall build quality is solid for this price point—smooth cylinder casting, thick cooling fins, normal temperature after half an hour of continuous running. The kit comes complete with carburetor, air filter, exhaust pipe, and clutch—ready to run out of the box.
