I knew this wasn't real wood when I ordered, but I guess it just started off bad and it didn't get any better. There are several parts to this thing, lots of screws and hardware. Several pages of directions. A crucial piece arrived broken, and even though I did eventually get a new replacement piece, these parts come from China, so it took 3 weeks. By the time I got the replacement piece, it had sat a quarter of the way put together in my dining room and the hardware got put into a large plastic bag. Customer service was friendly, but weren't timely. I decided that because of the quality of the cabinet in general, I'd just return it. I was over it. I couldn't stand looking at it anymore. It was frustrating to say the least. Hopped on for a simply Amazon return and you actually have to pay to have it shipped back. This is a long unit, I cannot even IMAGINE how much it cost to ship this thing back. I paid close to 400 dollars for it and it is still here. Im just trying to figure out how to get it out of my house. I would not waste your money on this and if you order and change your mind, you're SOL because itll cost you a fortune to return it.

I got this item so that I didn't have to keep regular cages in my laundry room anymore taking up space. It freed up the laundry room space for me. It is sturdy and good quality. It looks and feels very nice. It wasn't terribly difficult to assemble. I do advise before assembling that you verify that all of the hardware is included. I started assembling and found out I was missing one set of screws. I went and purchased them at a local chain home improvement store. The seller credited back a small fair cost since I had to make a purchase to complete the assembly. Overall though this is a piece worth keeping for a long time. I love it. My dogs love it too. It's easy to clean. Just vacuum out any fur that gets inside. There is a divider in the middle so if you want your dog(s) to be separate just leave it in or if you want them to be able to visit each others side just take the divider out. Nice feature. Hope you like it if you purchase it, I did.

So I really love the look and style but the backing is really cheap thin almost cardboard and the door guides are plastic . Basically if your pup isn’t interested in escaping your probably fine. I put mine against the back of my couch so not worried about that flimsy backing but tbh if they push against to door I think the bottom guides will give! So I’m going to andd a barrel latch ant the bottom of each door and Also the flip latch is totally stupid on a dog kennel! Not secure at all! So I’ll be putting in barrel latches to secure the doors shut too

As seen in the pictures the product was damaged. I put it together because I needed it if it wasn’t for that I would have sent it back. I am not pleased with the damage at all.

My wife decided we had to have something like this so we could do away with our dogs crates. We have a Blue Heeler and a Schnauzer. Either or dog will fit but ONLY by themselves. This is made for small dogs. The advertising makes it seem like it’s way bigger than it actually. Plus you spend around 4 hours putting it together and that’s if you’re pretty decent at plus most of the letters identifying the pieces. overall it doesn’t seem worth the price. UPDATE: After 1 night my Blue Heeler broke the small board that holds the cardboard back in place simply by turning around in his bed. This thing is a piece of crap. I could have spent less money and built a better version myself. I would not recommend anyone buying this. It will not hold up to a dog sleeping much less if one wanted to get out. The doors are held on by these paper thin plastic clips. This thing needs quite a few upgrades if it is to hold animals.

Assembly and instructions requires focus. Complete each step as instructions state. I am a visual learner so I kept trying to move ahead in the instructions, which caused confusion. Once i focused and trusted the instructions- it all came together. Total assembly time for me, 4hours.

This item is made very cheap. It took hours to make. Instructions are not clear. I hope it last. Don't have high hopes in it.

Biggest piece of junk I have ever owned. Would not recommend this to anyone. Materials used to make this thing are flimsy and the pieces that hold the doors on are worthless. They are plastic and broke.
